I went to buy circus peanuts. The bags had cuts in them. We asked the cashier Parker a question about a Columbia jacket. He responded I don't work in apparel. He could have offered to find someone who did,but he didn't. That is very poor customer service.

Sadly no longer a orshelns, tractor supply bought it and absolutely trashed it. Raised the prices of everything and don't carry much. Sad pathetic excuse of a store now. Either bring orschelns back or put in a bombgaars

Luke made a legendary effort to sort out a seized set screw in a lug out of my old breaker box getting me out of a pinch. Never seen such outstanding customer service, this guy deserves a raise and an all expense paid trip to Cancun.

The people at our store are top notch. I am older I have had shoulder surgery, and they are always right there to help me lift any of the bags of feed that I need. They’re very special people.

Nice store! Found a lot of very cool items. I love the range of items that they have inside. The area where their live chicks were was very clean and you could tell they were looked after. You can't say the same of even some pet stores.

I live locally!Called the store this morning 7/26/21.A young girl answered the phone. I asked if they had a window air conditioner stand. I was put on hold for nearly half an hour! She came back and said 'No we Don't' and hung up the phone before I said Thank you!Later that afternoon, I go to the store and talk to a clerk in a wheelchair!I explained my problem and he said they don't sell those here! He had me follow him to the angle iron isle!Five minutes later, I came up with an air conditioner stand made of angle iron with the holes in it! He also informed me that the item I'm in search of is called a 'window bracket' for an air conditioner!My lesson learned is DON'T CALL THE STORE!It takes less time to actually GO TO the store!

They changed bird food suppliers and the new bird food seems to have more corn in it.They give 5 percent discount to military on Tuesdays and 5 percent to seniors on Wednesdays.Today I went in to get a bag of dog food and bird wax food blocks. The ones I normally buy were not on the shelf where they are normally kept. After asking the clerk, a gentleman went in the back and got me a bag of dog food that I normally get. That is the second time this has happened in the last 6 months. I just bought a different box of bird wax food blocks that was next to the ones I normally get.They should possibly hire someone to restock shelves. Maybe their corporate office could give them some ideas on how to solve their problem.

We were “passing through” Colby on our way from Denver to Wichita, carrying a heavy load in a soft-sided car-top carrier. Issues began with the car-top carrier and we were forced to do “something” to resolve those. We noticed the Orscheln Farm & Home close to our gas station in Colby. The store happened to be open, despite it being 4th of July. We needed assistance to determine the best way to fix our problem, and the person who helped us was Barbara. Not only did Barbara recommend the best products at the best price to fix our dilemma, but she actually came out to the parking lot to help install the tarp and ratchet straps on our car until complete. We truthfully could not have accomplished this without her help. We are so glad she was the one assisting us in Colby on the 4th of July holiday!!

The sign on the door read.... If vaccinated no mask required and if not vaccinated must wear mask at all time inside store! Can we we say hipa violation just for posting the sign!
