Since they rearranged the store everything is more piled on top of each other making it hard to find things. Don't event attempt to take a cart through the store, there is so many items stacked on the floor you have to move them around or not even go down most of the isles.Employees have become friendlier over the last couple of months, they changed management and for a while no one was friendly, now they at least smile again, but it seems all of the employees have changed again. This is sad, as you can't build up a great store, like it used to be, when employees are constantly changing.

Poor customer service, they also racially profiled my friends, & were rude. Their store is also dirty & organized sloppy. I would not recommend this store to anyone. It’s a disgrace this isn’t the 1950s we should be moving to a more United america regardless of race.

Very crowded in the front when you walk in. Looks trashy. Very narrow aisles. Ladders/stools and carts left out with merchandise in them and you have to move these to get around the store. This store has gone down hill since the last manager has been gone. You have to squeeze a squeaky toy to get someone to come to the register for check out. Tacky, very very tacky and we now shop elsewhere that has much less clutter and where the counters at the registers have no junk and clutter on them to make check out more smoothly and cleaner. They don't address these issues and continue to keep store in unkempt status.

Never liked this store. Always messy and crowded, but I go there in a pinch. Last visit I waited in line and no one came to check me out even after ringing the bell. So, I walked out. Could have probably walked out with my groceries, but I'm not a thief. I'll stick to the awesome Dollar Generals in Oakley and Quinter even though they are out of my way.

Always have sales going on and the manager Jason is very helpful. Store is cluttered but that's not the fault of the site, more the fault of DG HQ sending them so much product for such a small store.

Disgusting store overall. From the layers of dirt, to the attitudes of the store employees. Did not feel comfortable using the bathroom because it was nasty.

District Manager Kelsy was very rude and disrespectful she should not be a District manager! DOLLAR GENERAL why would you allow a person so bitter to run your stores!

Very dirty, messy, unorganized, and staff was rude. There was definitely some racial profiling. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all.

cluttered store!some 50 something cigar smoking pothead employee Rocky Cooper always angry,you run in to him you will know.He makes it very unpleasant to even shop their.Feel sorry for Danna his future abused wife! He babysits children and throws them around like rag dolls!

In-store shopping the manager was very rude she racial profile me just because I’m Mexican and she is white lady I was born in the United States I have rights just like her it’s just my color of my skin is different and I do not appreciate her disrespectful and rude lady she supposed to be a manager she should act like one and show others mutual respect and I do not recommend if you’re visiting

I was racially profiled shopping at this store. Manager was rude and kept giving me a look like I was going to steal something. Won't recommend if you are a minority.

Nicest Dollar General in Colby KS I have ever been in. Friendly, good customer service and a wide variety of groceries. Very clean!
