For some reason UPS put a sticker over the label of my package saying it was for here! The staff was very helpful in looking for it for me. It was in the office of the (owner?) He was very nice about having kept it for me. He opened it(he had every right it said it was his) and was rightfully confused. Rest of long story short he peeled back the label and saw my name and address. He was so nice and helpful. Made my day 😁Update 6/9/2023Since my previous review I have to give one less friendly. I went in today to get yet another package UPS left there. UPS says it was delivered to this store on 6/8/2023 at 11:38 a.m. to Dillon at the front counter. I go to pick it up today as I was out of town yesterday. No one could find it. No one had a clue what I was talking about! This is the third time this week I made a trip to town to pick up packages. The other times they were given to me. Of course I am frustrated and tired of asking everyone in there about it. One young lady was courteous enough to at least write down my phone number and name and tell me she would call me if it was found.UPS no help other than repeatedly sending me the info on the delivery.Cant talk to a human at Amazon. So....here I sit wondering where my package is that nobody can find. Very disgusted and disappointed!

I was fortunate enough to have made contact with one of the owners today why shopping and it was very unpleasant, so everyone they have bags in the nut and bolt section use them or this guy will have a coronary .

Good old-fashioned hardware stores are hard to find they're a Dying Breed they have tons of knowledge that you can't read through a book they're very friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied and find what you need good place to go

Clean, easy to find products, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly easy to locate, easy in and out. We found some watch batteries and could not read the numbers, one of the staff located a lighted magnifying glass and assisted us in purchasing the correct item. I've been in twice before receiving the same customer service. Great little store....

Very helpful employee's dont recommend having keys copied there had problems both times. Found out they couldn't even make copies of the travel trailer key. Did get a refund.

Very friendly staff and a great place to get all from any garden/yard need to tools for home and automotive repairs. They have a propane refill station which I'd very reasonably priced. Come on into Olsen's Ace Hardware in Coffeyville Kansas.

Upon entry of the store, I am always wonderfully assisted. They always have ideas and stretch they're experience and opinions to solve ones issues. I would NOT go to independence KS, or bartlesville. I really prefer there store environment and employees.Thanks to them I was longing to correct issues with my sound studio set up and needed corrections for the screen and piano equipment

I have been using this store which used to be until recently an ace hardware store for over 15 years and in that time I could give you only one complaint... I wish they were open all day Saturday. The staff know there stuff and there store always ready to help and joke around wonderful people wonderful owner.

My son just moved to Coffeville and while we were visiting I asked him if he needed anything done around the house. He gave me a small list which required me to go to the hardware store. Olson’s was close, so I went there. I’m glad I did. The people there were extremely helpful and friendly even though it was my 1st time shopping there. It’s our go to store now.
