Coffeyville store is not organized and shelves are really empty.Updated review 1/4.New manager. Very friendly and helpful. Still a lot of empty shelves but can see they are working in getting things straightened out.

Didn't have the best experience this morning, The cashier acted like she didn't want to be there or actually work. She had no courtesy whatsoever. I payed for my items with 2 different cards and after the transaction went through she had to stand there and read the entire receipt which was embarrassing. I did not appreciate her passive tone of voice to me and my teenage son. I had my son take our items out to the car while I decided to purchase a pair of sunglasses. I said I would pay cash and she acted like it was a big inconvenience because she had already pressed the card button and said she would have to call the manager to make it go back to cash. So, I used my card and left feeling embarrassed and de-humanized.

I brew here once or twice a month, I have never come across anything of poor quality, everything is tasty and fresh. The room is bright and well-renovated. The staff are very professional and friendly.Would definitely recommend this place.

Cashiers can't count back change, also didn't even tell me how much I was getting back in change.*update: different cashier today. Also doesn't know how to count back change or even tell you the amount you're getting back

The store has gone downhill the last 6 months..Just left the store. It was very dirty and unorganized.Most of the merchandise is sitting in the floors instead on on the shelves...Very poor management. Won't be back again..

I like Dollar General. However, their parking arrangement makes absolutely no sense. Only one exit. The store carries the essentials, but can be a mess in the aisles.

Warning, no one is taking the plague seriously in the bible belt. Dollar general demands that customers wear a mask. Yet around 11:29 a.m. there were 22 people in there without masks, not social distancing. And the manager did nothing, even though it was within here rights to contact the police before telling the 22 people to leave.

Kind of messy. But like every other dollar store I visit. Was able to get what I needed and get out quick. Employees were helpful.
