Had a young lady(unfortunately I didn't catch her name or I have forgotten it) who was very helpful in finding the Loctite that my husband had sent me to get for him. We looked in the caulking area and debated on those items when I finally reached my spouse and was informed I needed to be in the adhesives (which I knew but I thought they were closer to the caulking) and then young lady lead me to where I needed to go and we found the product we were looking for. Success!

Excellent service and quality merchandise. I feel very supported with my appliance purchase, and if anything goes wrong, these guys will back you up and go to bat for you. I'm not an appliance repair guy, so to have that support gives a family peace of mind. Go here before big box stores!

You have guided me through 2 plumbing projects, 2 bathroom renovations that included my fist time laying tile and installing a walk in shower. Crappy costumer service. Website advertised a refrigerator for $250. We called and asked for it to be held. When we got there the price was $649.00. Employee went to look it up, found it and owner said it was a typo. They proceeded to help a relative find a light bulb and ignored us completely. I'll never do business there again. They lost more than they saved today. I was also interested in a washer and dryer I saw there. But not anymore.
