It’s not anonymously posting if youre clearly able to be read my name. The people that work there are rude and disrespectful and have the biggest attitudes of all time and absolutely refused to help me Find one thing. And after reading some of your other reviews, you might need to talk to some of your employees. The employee who said she was your on sight manager who was being rude, and absolutely refusing to just simply look up a UPC code, and then laughed in my face after me expressing my son was sick I understand if that’s not something you guys are able to do but that’s something that should’ve been expressed. Everyone says support local business, but nobody wants to support a local business that is rude disrespectful half of their shelves are expired, and they refuse to help anybody find what clearly your website says you sell. I hope that was a good explanation for you.

Not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. And i like the deli and bakery. However twice now on meat items they have been over the due date. The Pastrami only a little. But the Frozen Salmon was 3 months over the sell by date. I don't think i should trust eating that. That's a little troubling. And the prices are kind of high in my opinion. A few deals here and there. But overall a bit expensive. Nice store and i don't want to complain. But a few things that i thought i would mention. Anyhow. Take care and have a good day.

Nice and clean and most of the employees are nice and helpful except some older employees need to learn some manners and respect! It’s always the older ones that are rude!

I’ve had decent experiences here but I’ve accidentally bought many expired products that were not clearanced. I’ve bought items that were over a month (almost two) expired. Cream cheese, cereal, bagels, yogurt, packaged snacks. It’s extremely frustrating. When I go now I have to dig through products to make sure it’s not expired. How can employees not check dates for over a month?

I like Ray's because they treat you like your a human being. Great service. Kind employee's. Great side products. Like the bagged chicken. The ribs and soups and biscuits and gravy give people lots of choice. The take chances and it works for everyone. Good job everyone!

Love Ray's! I enjoy that it's a little store with a big selection. The employees are both kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is this past weekend I went twice. My mother found a can of biscuits that were expired and the second time I went I bought a pack of pop tarts that were almost a month over the expiration date. My fault for not checking and the pop tarts were still fine. All the same 👍 I choose here over commissary or Wal-Mart.

This is for the Bakery dept. If you need a cake done, Jennifer is who you want to see. I had her make 2 cakes for my wifes birthday....and wow, she went above my expectations. I told her roughly what i wanted but it didn't have to be exactly... well she nailed it. She has made several cakes for our family and we wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend

Great hometown folks. We always get greeted with a smile and friendly conversation when we enter the store. We love the Applemarket savings and coupons on the App. Rewards program is a nice bonus and we always take advantage of the milk card. Thank you to the Clay Center folks who keep the store clean, well stocked and friendly.

I usually like Ray's, but if you are looking for safe grocery shopping during a pandemic, this not the place to go. I wasn't expecting the customers to be masked, but I thought the employees would be. I saw one wearing a mask out on the floor, but no one else, including my cashier. I will go to the Dollar General next time.

Seems like a decent, full service grocery store. I only went in really quick to get a few small items. Staff was friendly and they'll carry your groceries to the car for you. Been some time since I've seen that.
