This place won't be getting my money, I have never seen such rudeness in a business than I've seen today. Me and my family, including our mom who works there, wanted to take us shopping for Christmas. We were met with glaring, scoffing, and snide remarks by almost every worker there, including the manager Lori.I would suggest to not shop somewhere where they treat their workers and customers poorly.

This place has lost my business. We went in there as a family, as my mom works here and wanted to get us Christmas gifts. And we rushed to get out of there, however we had to drive from Manhattan and Ogden. I personally was cooking for Christmas eve dinner so I couldn't make the 45 minute drive to be there earlier.One lady wearing a mask i think jeannie, said you got 10 minutes when we were in the back already checking out, and she rolled her eyes and walked away. That is very rude to display attitude in front of customers.Then we got done and rolled out the carts to the front, and Lori the manager was sitting there, with clear disdain on her face. I said Merry Christmas, and apologized for staying there by accident past 5 (mind you we were checking out before 5) she said and I quote "no problem, we've just been waiting all day for y'all to show up" she had warning from my mom that we may have been running behind and where we live and she still was very snide. Then my sister got onto her another instance and she said let me talk to your mom not you.I will never be shopping here again. All the coworkers and that manager are awfully rude to customers. Especially since so much money was put back into that store. They should work away from the public if they have that much attitude that they displayed today towards my mom, me and my siblings.And judging by past reviews it doesn't surprise me that this is an ongoing issue.

All the staff that helped me yesterday were fantastic and helpful. The manager was so nice and found out the information I was after. I highly recommend this store. Plus it's neat and very clean.

I will never shop here AGAIN. I am an African American man and I went in to look for a pellet rifle for my 11 year old son to start shooting. I was met by an older gentleman and was asking questions about the rifle. When I asked to see the rifle, I was holding my hands out to handle it. The gentleman stared at my open hands and refused to let me see the rifle. He told me it was a "complicated rifle" and treated me like I didnt have the knowledge or capability to handle the rifle. I was 100% racially profiled by this man and I refuse to accept this behavior. You lost my business.

My husband and I drive 45 minutes just to shop at Gibsons. The fact that they carry men's sizes 4xl and up is the WHOLE reason we will continue to shop there. Not too many brick and mortar stores carry above a 2XL anymore. Thank you Gibsons!

The people that work here are always snappish and act miserable. Simply ringing up customers seems like too much of a hassle to them. They've got a great selection, but for the prices they charge its worth driving to Manhattan.

It's a good small town hardware and whatever store they have a bit of everything and they're toy selection is awesome but alot of it is high priced but if you look around you'll find some pretty good deals

Great variety of types and brands of hand and power tools, nice Craftsman tool section. Clothes, light bulbs, plumbing, food, hunting and fishing gear and pretty much anything else you need around the home.

No one greeted us as we walked in, just stared at the “strangers” comin in and at no time were we ever helped or spoken to during our 10 mins there. They had the oddest Ace we’ve ever been to in a 3 state region. Besides the typical hardware that we’ve come to expect, there’s toys, makeup, groceries, & school supplies- who knows what else. The store feels cluttered & dark. Lighting is poor with a hodgepodge of fluorescent tube types running the opposite way of the majority of the aisles, so ineffective light dispersion which makes reading tags more difficult. A simple common 5/8” drill bit was all we were looking for but they didn’t have that. Maybe if the “extra non-hardware” aisles weren’t there, they would have room for “real” hardware. Definitely won’t bother stopping there again.

Store has everything. They have hardware,plumbing,clothing,paint,toys, sporting goods and more. I wish they had more sporting goods like the one in salina ks on west side of town.
