The salesperson was very helpful and friendly from the start, especially shopping offsite using their website and visiting with him over the telephone. The office staff made my payment transaction simple and easy, even with discovering that my debit card had a preset limit that I was not aware of. And the delivery guys, exceptional! Delivered from Claflin to Manhattan and arrived with smiles. They were very courteous and polite, carefully unloaded all furnishings upstairs to my second floor apartment, and set it all up where I wanted it. I could not have asked for a better experience and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!

We bought a mattress set and a new bedroom set. They communicated promptly when there was delivery issues. The delivery guys were courteous, respectful, and kind. When there was an issue with the quality of the mattress, Millers got it taken care of right away and replaced with a better mattress.

I really like my chair. The chair is a Flexsteel. I’ve heard very good things about that brand, I hope it’s all true. The delivery couldn’t have been better. The store staff was great and answered all of our questions. So fair quality of the item is great and would recommend. One member of the delivery was arrogant and was unwilling to listen to suggestions on getting the mattress up the stairwell. He was even rude to his coworker who was very polite and was doing his best to complete the job. My dad, and my wife and I ended up he the mattress up the stairs. Which I think the delivery guys could have managed if the one would have been more receptive to his coworker and my suggestions. I am really disappointed in the one delivery guy’s attitude and would not let him in my home again. I’ve purchased other items from Millers and would’ve have expected that kind of treatment.

Ordered 3 mattresses and was happy with the service at the store. Once having to call to find out when they would be delivered. The lady who answered sounded annoyed that I even called. She ended up giving a number for me to call for the ones delivering and my calls were forwarded. Called the company back and same lady answered and was even more annoyed that she had to get ahold of the delivery guys for me. Once I spoke to the guys I was given a time frame of when to expect them. That time frame came around and still nothing. 45 minutes after the time frame they called to tell me it would be another 20-25 minutes before they get to my house. Overall experience sucked the sales lady however was the only thing I was happy with.

My wife and I stopped in just to see some flooring samples for a new house build. The two sales people we worked with were so knowledgeable about every product and sojust overjoyed to work with us. They even had ideas and onyx shower stalls which were just beautiful. Not pushy on any way just super helpful.

I went to Millers of Claflin to shop for a mattress. My salesperson was Pam. She asked what I was currently sleeping on and took me to the mattresses that were most like what I had at home. We tried several. When we came back to make a final decision, Pam arranged a time to meet us. We chose, and she welcomed us to shop their store for the bonus that came with the purchase. The mattress was delivered to my home yesterday. I must say, Pam was just as nice and helpful as my mattress is nice, and the delivery guys were very kind as well. Thank- you Millers.

Friendly, helpful staff that doesn't pressure you into buying something you don't want or is out of your budget. Large selection of options to select from. I would recommend Miller's to anyone in the area looking for new furniture.

Very satisfied with my furniture. Although it seems like my sofa is not built as sturdy as the loveseat and is not holding up like I expected it to and is only a few months old and there is only two of us.I know my spouse sits on on end most of the time but after only a few months it should break down so fast and it may just be me.I love the material of them all.

Tanner came and fixed my issues with the casters. He was very pleasant and promptly took care of the issue. I would use Millers again when needing furniture. When purchasing the chairs Belinda was very nice to work with. She took her time to show us what we needed.
