We love the half priced drinks on the app! When we check in at our stall, service is always prompt about getting our order to us. Woo-hoo, Sonic!!Parking: During peak hours, it is almost impossible to find an open stall. That just shows how amazing they are!

I rarely leave reviews for fast food chains, but this one is definitely an exception! Not only was the food well prepared and tasty, but what truly impressed me the most were the employees. Everyone was well dressed, neat and clean. I never saw an employee just standing around. They were wiping tables, sweeping the floor, walking the grounds picking up trash, etc. Always hustling. That is a testament to the managers efforts. I even saw him run to deliver an order to an RV while we were there. He and his employees understand that it isn't "just a job at a fast food restaurant." A person learns life lessons regarding work and relationships that will benefit them throughout the rest of their life. If I lived closer I would have made an effort to steal some of his people.😉

Absolutely awful if it wasn't one of the ONLY options in Cimarron i wouldnt waste my money here! You can order in person or on mobile app and youll get the same dependable awful and slow customer service as always i placed a mobile order went and waited over 35 minutes before calling to find out where my order was to find they hadnt even started making it at all! Now i work in the fast food industry and understand not being staffed or being in a rush but it was dead as can be and there was easily 6 cars that came after us and left before and the only thing they would say is sorry our system isnt working but it worked for everyone elses order this is not the dirst tume either weve had trouble with mobile orders theyve ran out of stock and still charged me for the items i never recieved Cimarron can do so much better it makes me miss when we had subway they put sonic to shame especially this one if i coulve rated .5 a star i wouldve

Horrible service! I ordered an ice water and Tator tots, waited 25 minutes then buzzed them back and asked how much longer it would be. They told me they were behind and it would be a while. I waited another 15 minutes and finally just left without getting my order. Unless you have a good hour to waste I’d continue on down the road.

It was terrible, absolutely terrible. I told the lady three times I was a vegetarian. My sister received her burger, with everything on it and the tots were practically cold, mine as well. I got into my burrito, the tots were stale and they put ketchup in it, which I did not ask for.I then got halfway through my burrito before realizing that they in fact put bacon in it, after I said it three times. I an strictly a vegetarian and they just single handedly ruined it. The service was slow as well and the staff do not listen or know how things are made. I would not recommend coming to this location if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions because clearly they will be ignored.

Two days this week I have tried to go to sonic in cimarron and like I said below management doesn't know what's going on this is twice this week people havent shown up to work the morning shift.. sounds like there needs to be a change of you ask me.Very inconsistent service, just doesn't seem like management knows what's going on.......... The app is hardly ever working so you can order ahead. The evening services are so slow you might as well go cook your own meal at home rather than wait 30 minutes in line.Sometimes when the app is working it still takes longer than it should to get what you ordered

I went through the drive through I order a med Dr Pepper a bacon cheeseburger and tots I paid and everything. I ate the food and went to take of my DR PEPPERand got a big swig of cherry juice I look in the cup it’s full of cherries I about threw up. Im not sure who would get a med cup full of cherries im very disappointed they weren’t busy either so I don’t understand… the Dr Pepper is on the receipt luckily I’m not allergic to cherries or that would have been a bad situation

The only time we ever have a halfway decent experience at this Sonic location is if the girl, Casey, is working. Drive thru AND inside. You will wait at the VERY least, 40 minutes for your order.. whether its a kids shake or 10 burgers.Today, we had 3 burgers and 1 kids shake. Waited in line for 43 minutes (yes I timed it this time). Then, after we get our food, we are told to hold one second because he wanted to make the mini size shake fresh.. cool, waited 15 more minutes, holding up the whole line. Finally, a lady came to the window and asked if we were waiting on some other food, we told her we were waiting on a kids shake (this was after waiting the 15 minutes) then she hands us a mini "shake" that was so melted the cup itself was warm to the touch. Who ever owns this place must not care ONE bit.We always say we wont go back, but every now and then we give it a chance. This will be the last lol. Not only was this a whole hour ordeal... the order was completely wrong as well. It would have been USELESS to bring it back inside.

We did an online order around 5:00 pm and were expected to get there at 5:40 pm. Obviously they don’t start making your food till you get there because everyone beside us we’re also here for 30 minutes waiting. This Sonic has terrible service and there needs to be something done about the management.

I did an online order. At 418pm. All I ordered was chili cheese fries an an plain cheeseburger. I used to work here. I know making everything fresh. Fries take 2 and half minutes. An the hamburgers take a max of 10 depending if the cook is paying attention. It's now 435 and I've watched 3 vehicles go through drive thru. This is super unacceptable. The place has gone down hill more since the old general manager came back. Not even worth a star. But it won't let me rate without one.

We used the drive through. My husband got a Reese’s malt. I got an Oreo one. Very tasty on a Sunday afternoon. Our wait seemed longer than usual. But staff were friendly.

Update your hours open!!!! Sign says 10 and i pull up at 9:07 and employees say they close at 9!! There are 0 consistant days at this location bewteen open and closing times!

The screen told us a carhop was on the way out with the order, we waited for 10 minutes after that message on the screen. Then pushed the red button. After that it was only a few minutes wait. Seemed like they forgot our order. Corporate needs to relax their policy so that nobodys order gets lost in the shuffle of desperately keeping times down. Food and drink were on par, staff was friendly.

Love the dine in option. Food was quick and good. The store was quiet but not to quiet. We enjoyed our visit. The bathrooms could use better attention. Service was nice and frienldy. Overall, good experience!

Has anyone ever received the correct oder from this location? We have lived in the area for 2 years and I honestly don't know why my husband keeps going back. He has waited in line for over 30 minutes and they still got the order wrong. When you do get your food, the quality is terrible. Half full burritos, tossed together hamburgers, dried up Mozzarella sticks, for the hassle it would be easier to drive into Garden City.

We stopped for a quick snack on the way through town back to Garden City. We ordered 4 drinks and a cheddar bite and a popcorn chicken. We asked them what was taking so long and they didn't even apologize, they simply said 'well, we only have 1 cook' we gave up and left after sitting there for 40 minutes, we could have made it back to Garden and gotten our food from a Sonic here and gone home in the amount of time we waited there and got nothing

Gets 2 stars cause they are the only fast food in town. Pre ordered at 7:10 pm showed up at 7:15 pm an checked in at 7:30 they came out to inform me they was out of bacon and could not make my bacon super sonic. 7:38 finally got my food no adjustment on the price. This is not the first time that I've pre order thru the app and had to wait on my order more then 10 min after checking in.

I parked, ordered, waited for over 20 minutes. Finally I pushed the order button and asked about my order. The person said just a moment. Next thing I knew someone was at my car asking if I had left....why would I leave without my food. She apologized and said that the carhop had said I left. Obviously they didn't look on the other side of the big red truck next to me. She said my order would be right out. It was, but the carhop who brought it to me had an attitude. She didn't even come up to my car, handed me the food from a distance and said there you go. But, the problem was I still didn't get my drink. When I asked about that, she acted annoyed and said she would be back again. She did bring it back and I was not charged. I realize things happen, but I was made to feel it was my fault or that I was just a problem seeking customer. I work in retail everyday. I deal with problems like this everyday too! But, you do not need to make me feel like I did something wrong for coming to your establishment for service.l, because of your incompetent help. RUDE!
