My mom & I stopped here on our way back to Kansas City Missouri from visiting Oklahoma & the drive-thru is setup weirdly, we didn’t know which way to go or how to order without sitting in one of the stalls, it’s confusing & they need to fix that!Other than that the food came out in decent time, food was hot, fresh & was easy to pay!

Like most sonics the prices continue to go up. The service is usually good at my local drive in but slow at others in the area. Maintenance really stinks, the card readers are hit and miss if they work and it's really tough getting into the stalls because the speakers have been knocked around and face all different angles.

Waiting 15 minutes for food before noon rush hour. Everything was fold amd old. Been sitting for a while. Burger had that reheated taste. App said order was done. Still waited an additional 3-4 minutes to get the food. Ina hurry. Notime to go back and the kod got no ketchup as asked for. Horrible

It took them a little bit to get the food out but it was worth the wait. This has been the best burger and fries that I have got from any Sonic. Nice job Sonic team!

We ordered 4 of the route 44 drinks. We waited over 30 mins. We never got the drinks we ordered. The kids inside working we're too busy playing around we decided to leave.

This place can't get a simple order right. 4 times in a row. Bacon cheeseburger with mayo and no pickles. Tonight I got a burger with an onion ring and ketchup, barely any lettuce and about 4 pieces of onion. Tried to call and not answering. This is the only Sonic that seems to be unable to handle a simple order. Not to mention fries were cold. So I paid for a meal I didn't order, and got it to go, so while I wasn't able to take it back because they had closed. This was after calling 3 times. I think it's time to pass on Sonic in Cherryvale. At least the other restaurants in town get my order right.

super slow service, 5 minutes to answer to take my order, then took at leas 5 minutes for her to figure out how to enter my simple order of 3 item, popcorn chicken, jalapeno poppers, and unsweetened tea. once she figured that out it took another 22minutes for my order to arrive. at least the cargo apologized for the wait and the food was fairly fresh

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. It took them 30 minutes to get 3 shakes out to us and they messed up our order after we corrected them several times. We go back bc we live in a small town and it's one of the only places there is to grab a quick drink or bite, they always take forever and the order is rarely correct.

After waiting 30 minutes for our food it was still cold and not all that appetizing. It wasn't worth even complaining to the staff cuz you could already tell that they didn't care and nothing was going to be done. It's sad that it's attached to a truck stop and you still get bad service and cold food when they know what we do and how important it is for us to get quality food. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

One of the worst sonics I have ever been too! The hot dogs are always rubbery( been sitting too long) the meat in the burgers are always cold! The fries are always cold! The order is never correct..if you complain, you get the same thing..its always someone else's fault. I told them the last time they should just close this sonic down. All they want to do is hire a bunch of teenagers that want to play..rediculous

I'm a trucker, and there is a truck stop next door. After reading reviews, I was hesitant about ordering. But everything I ordered was good, Super Sonic cheeseburger, banana shake, and the chili cheese fries were excellent. Now I know where to make a pit stop when driving this route.

More than 10 people got their food order and we still hadn't gotten our small and mini shakes. Like it should not take that long ..even after people already got their food. We had been there a good 40 minutes .Only good part was they ended up giving it to us for free.

The service here is terrible!! No one acts like they are in a hurry & I’ve already witnessed two people driving off without their food. I realize it is hard to find help but I’ve been sitting here for over 20 minutes and have seen only two orders come out the door

Food isn't bad. The don't always pay attention to the details in your order. I order bacon every time I'm there & never seem to get it. They run out of certain foods at times. Service is slow but friendly & prices are high $$$
