Phenomenal place to stop - in the middle of the highway so it’s easy to continue on your trip. Incredibly clean bathrooms, decent fuel prices. Plus they have both a subway and a DQ Grill n Chill. Anytime I pass by the area, this will be a must stop.

Nearly impossible to get into the area in the morning because the big trucks jam everything up and it’s hard to get around them. Leaving is the same way. Today I got my regular cappuccino…they jacked it up from $1.60 to 1.99…for a couple tablespoons of powder and some hot water…I explained my dissatisfaction with this to them this morning, as well as stating that I wouldn’t be in any more…very disappointing…

Super nice folks, clean yet cramped store. Had a great flavor of my favorite tea $2.02 wow Little odd there was no Gas in any of the truck lanes. Being limited to $95 fuel in credit unless they hold the card? Weird...

Ever sense Loves has taken over the toll plazas on the Kansas turnpike, the service has dropped. Stood in line for 30 minutes to get an ice cream cone. Walked out. 2 people working. Maybe before you open up businesses, hire help. Just saying

My nephew fell on the wet floor and when my sister asked about wet floor signs she was yelled at for asking. The person with pink hair yelled about signs being “everywhere”. Well they weren’t where the floor was actually wet! The same person was talking to another customer about a different one “complaining too much” and them “being short staffed”. Then when my sister attempted to order a drink they people at dunkin were rude.This is unacceptable service! When you work in customer service you should have a little respect for the customer regardless of being short staffed!

I wish I could remember the cashier and manager whom were working 07/24/2020 at 9a.m. ! They are 2 very honest and helpful People! I was traveling from a long week in Oklahoma I went in the store and put $100 down on diesel fuel. I left with out getting my change😳. I called back and asked if they could please help me out and mail it to me. They said usually no they can’t but would if possible. (Store policy)Anyway I received it in the mail!!! Great to know there are still good people out there! It was a little over$50. Thank you!! FromWisconsin

Can't pay at the pump for diesel. You have to go inside. The cashier said that's just how it works there. Are they stuck 30 years in the past? What a joke.
