I went to the dollar general store this morning in carbondale,kanas. It looked so awesome,clean and all the new stuff out. I have to say the manager is doing a great job.

3 years ago the staff are so nice & friendly, but now they’re not. Sometimes my husband goes there to buy a battery and give the change away to the cashier (sometimes the charge is more than $15). People here are NOT FRIENDLY. Except the pregnant young women, she is sweet.

Every time I've ever been there, it looks like someone had just finished juggling hand grenades in the store. It's more like Dollar Warehouse, and I've literally been to garage sales that have more of a professional atmosphere.I shouldn't have to be Indiana Jones just to look up and down the aisles. If I want to go treasure hunting, I'll start shopping in my basement.

New staff. Not friendly like the old crew. Left bag. Saturday afternoon around 4. Called later on. 7 pm. No one knew what happened. I didn't go in to store. Live 20 miles away. Handicap. Didn't know if it got put back or what. I'll b going to a different store farther away but friendlier.

It's ok. Always stuff blocking the aisles and only a few of the associates are friendly. AC must have not been working either. It was way to hot in the store.

Sorry to said that store is no longer become my favorite anymore because I couldn't return the medicine that I can't take and it still sealed anyways that could put me in risk of that medicine my doctor told me that I can't have because I have health issue. I recently bought it yesterday it not even 30 days yet. It made me not comfortable to buying anything there again I doubt about it. I'm so disappointed with it.

Usually my experience here is great, friendly and what not. Today, a newer person I havent seen before... didnt ask if I found everything, how I was doing, nothing. Said my total and Merry Christmas. Jee, thanks.

Carbondale Dollar General, the isles are so narrow and unkept that a person is doing good to be able to get through the store . It's an embarrassment to the company. I will stick with Osage City and Lyndon Kansas Stores, they are clean and well kept and two people can go through the isles at same time.

The manger is the most worst manger I have ever met she tells at old people fir no reason she is rude and use perfantie when speaking to customers I have worked in management for years that's not how u treat customers more and more people will stop going there cause of her and then we will lose our store that is very convenient all cause of the horrible racist person you have running this store.

I liked how they have brought in the fresh produce and more grocery options, some of the prices are a little bit higher than they should be for a dollar store.

This is the DG that I have seen with a home decor display as cool as this. There is also a nice produce section.

It's always great going into the Carbondale Kansas store. They have the nicest people working there

The ladies that work their are very friendly, helpful. They act as if they know you, they treat a person with respect.

Dirty place.. Can hardly get through the isles due to unpacked boxes and clutter... Definitely needs better management!!

I enjoy going to DG, its about 4 or 5 blocks from home, great store to shop at and great prices!!! Love it!!!

This DG has the updated interior with coolers and stuff. For not a large place they sure do have alot of stuff.

Under new management ☺☺☺ the old Manager quit or something. Don't care now that she is gone I will start going back in that store 💜
