Been to few Sonics, this one is the worst I've been to. We waited more than 20 minutes to get a kids meal,hamburger, chicken sandwich, drinks and the order wasn't right. The outdoor seating area needed cleaned. On the good side, food was hot and fresh. I try not to put negative post about a establishment, but this was one of the worst Sonics I've been to.

We love this sonic, they made us the best cheeseburgers & the onion rings was perfectly cook like they should be! We got shakes to & this sonic has the best ice cream! Plus the people that work there is awesome & goes beyond what I would call normal service!

We got there a little before opening, but didn't know it, they apologized and said they would be setup and ready to go shortly, and that they opened at 9am at this location. When i ordered i asked if i could do the breakfast burritos with beef instead of their pork sausage which i find to spicy for my stomach early in the day, they accomodated that request with no hassle. Very happy with there service. Jodie our car hop took great care of us. ❤ ❤ ❤.

Don't have car so I wish that sonic had place to sit inside. You're still able to order from the stalls they were nice polite. I had my dog with me and they gave him some water that was kool the service was fast I don't like fries that been sitting so when ordering I ask for fresh fry's and they make sure they make fresh fries sometimes it takes little longer but it's worth getting hot fresh frys

I visited the Caney location today at noon and ordered a Strawberry Limeade, and this is one of the few that I've received this whole summer from different locations that was made correctly. I rarely ever get a lime in my Strawberry Limeade, but if you add an extra lime to make sure you get when they want to charge you $0.40. Stephanie was my server and she did a A1 wonderful job. Thank you Stephanie for making my visit Pleasant.

Stopped Fri evening, 11/12. Food was on point! Burger was good, fries were good and my wife’s popcorn chicken was fresh! Car hop was Devon and he was very friendly!

Save your time and money. I would have driven off if I hadn't swiped my card.I wasted 30 minutes waiting for 8 drinks. We also got to watch every other car in the place get served ahead of us. There seemed to be no order to how people were served. The people are nice enough, but this place doesn't run very efficiently.

They would get a five star if they would stop forgetting my tots. LoL Aside from that, I was prompted to write a review for them today, because whoever is cooking knows what they are doing. Special ordered my chicken wrap, and they superceded my expectations! They cook my whole family's order to perfection! I would have to say the best tasting Sonic I have had....at any location. Kudos to the chef, and if they start remembering my tots every time, I'll give them a five stars rating!

One star for nice employees. Great place to go if have all day and want surprised. I tried app just to see if they cant hear order but reading just as challenging for them it seems. I say never again 9 out of 10 trips. Hope it sticks this time. Nice people and food not bad......

Had an older lady for a car hop (older as far as car hops go that is) she was extremely friendly and cheerful. I just got some drinks but was completing some forms on my phone and she came back out to check on me to make sure everything was ok.

This review could have gone two ways, and thanks to excellent management, it has turned into positive! My family decided to get some food out today, but, when we got home, my wife's boneless wings were overcooked and had no sauce on them. When I took them up there the manager Cheryl actually answered my talk box and came right out! She was understanding and even admitted the poor shape of the wings. She handled the issue herself, and brought me some awesome perfectly cooked and dressed wings. They looked better than the picture! I hope I spelled her name right, because Cheryl deserves much credit. I was thoroughly pleased with this visit. I have a degree in business, and it is nice to see management act as though the customer is priority! Thank you Cheryl and thank you Sonic, for putting a great manager in your store! Great food and everyone should stop here when in Caney.

I’ve been patient with Caney sonic for many years and tonight was it. Waited 32 minutes for a large lemonade and they told me they were out. That was after I asked for a manager. So god knows how long I would of waited for my drink. GO TO BIG G’S!!!!!

Sorry to say, but the Caney Sonic is the slowest drive-in that I have ever been to. I wonder if the car hop is having to fix the food and deliver it to. It was not crowded at all and I waited 20 minutes for a cherry limeade. The car hop was very nice and apologized for the wait, but the same thing happened several months ago. I won't stop there again.

We had no condiments with our food, no napkins, first our drinks were brought then 1 bag of our food then the second before had everything then I guess when you say mayo only for a burger that comes with mayo and ketchup you only get mayo, no lettuce and tomatoe. Then it was our fault that the person that took our order put in mayo only. Don't think we will go back.

Ordered 10 breakfast burritos for subordinates at work. Fast service. Burritos were of good size, plenty of sausage, egg and cheese. Sonic is a great place to each!

We ended up not eating at this sonic today because the sonic cashier was very rude she kept correcting us and having an attitude. She was so rude and even after we left she ran outside and through her hands up in the air! Worst experience I’ve ever had!! The person who took our order should probably evaluate her job because she certainly had a bad attitude you do not treat customers that way! I wish I knew her name so I could tell her manager!
