Was visiting the local shop. And was completely discusted by the fact the manager who was working had cockroaches crawling out of her pant leg.. By her completely calmness I could tell they came with her from her house.

I have fueled up here 4 times in the past 6 mos -3 times on Friday nights and once on a Sunday. My bank card was compromised and cancelled for the 3rd time in 6 mos this weekend. While researching this I realized that my last authorized transaction each time was for gas at the Burrton Kwik Shop. Coincidence? I think not....Called the Kwik Shop to report, no call back from Management.

This place has gone down the drain. I used to be okay with paying more for the convenience of having a gas station in a small rural town. But it's no wonder they struggle to even keep staff there. The place is in shambles.Most of the time there are only two working pumps, if you're lucky, but keep in mind there are ONLY four pumps as it's a small station. There is usually a sign one at least one that says 'pump out of order', or the card readers are down. The pumps also fill REALLY SLOWLY most of the time. The parking lot is riddled with deep potholes that go unrepaired. If you need a receipt, forget about it, they haven't had that working in months, if not over a year. Considering this location is right along the highway, I'm sure some people with business cards would appreciate having a receipt.Some of the staff seem really out of it and don't know how to handle situations, or don't care. And the place is not usually clean anymore.Today, I pulled up to behold the common "card reader not available" notice. I prefer to get my gas and go, I don't go inside often. But, I go up to the door to go pay inside, and alas, there's a handwritten sign that says "cash only inside". The two workers inside didn't even try to notify anyone outside that the card readers on ALL pumps were not working, even if they didn't say it (which I found out subsequently after trying to pull into another pump and getting my card declined and stuck in the reader until it decided to unlock it finally). I'm sorry, but I'm not going to carry cash just so I can shop at your station.It's just unacceptable to me, that a business that gets a frequent amount of patrons from both highway travelers and the surrounding community, can stay running while continuing to ignore the technological and safety issues and the overall state that this Kwik Shop is in. I travel for work, and so I will fill up my tank 3-4 times in a two week span. I guess that it won't be at the Burrton Kwik Shop any longer.

Lucky if they are even open. Have hot food maybe once a month. Called today to ask if they had any hamburgers and was told they could not discuss that over the phone.

Stopped by from out of town and it was a great little place!Clean restroom, decent selection of snacks, good coffee and drink prices! Nice staff as well!

First thing we notice walking in to kwik shop was the cleanliness. All the items were neatly stocked and faced. Anthony did a very good job attending us on oue visit. Very kind fellow. Keep on the great work. He deserves a raise! Go Royals!!!

Traveling back to Kansas City to Hays Kansas, I happened to stop here to get gas. There are several places to chose from but traveling east and it's proximity to the road made this the logical stop.It has everything expected from a gas station so no complaints here. Pleasant stop.

The Fun and Friendly employees are part of one of the best Gas Stations in the Country. If you ever need gas, Don't waste time and come on by.

Absolutely pathetic, the pumps are slow as molasses they leak and the people inside are absolutely unhelpful. I wasted my twenty cents a gallon off and they could not even help. Kwik Shop needs to overhaul their stinking pumps in Kansas this is the second one that is absolutely horrendous and needs to be shut down. 15 minutes to pump gas and get a receipt
