*Edit~ Just went again tonight and we ordered ahead with the app. Chocolate shake looked like vanilla but they just didn't take the time to mix it. All the chocolate syrup was at the very bottom. 2 Ranch Dressings not in bag so push the button and wait anyway. No napkins in bag once needed so.... Takes less time for staff to check over the whole order before bringing out than to go back and fourth. Also, teach car hops to carry all that in their apron. Again, less time than going all the way back inside for items.Sadly this is one of only a couple of places here so you'd think they would be more productive. Onion rings, tots, fries "always" fried with terrible grease! If you can taste it you know it's bad!

Ordered online, got here the server was polite but we have been here waiting for about 20 minutes because they forgot our ranch, yes it was on the order. We have pressed the button 5 time even people who came after have gotten their food and left. Yet they have even answered our button yet. By the the time it gets out here my side dish will be cold. I was about to give a great review till this. Every time we come here either the food is wrong. They forget stuff or take too long. Last time it looked like there was bite taken from my fiances burger. No wonder this place has so many bad reviews. Hire more workers or those that actually care to get stuff right. Like I said the girl that brought the food was nice. But they just can't get full orders correct. So thanks again sonic for ruining a perfectly good day. Oh also incase some of you say "maybe they were busy" they weren't there was maybe 3 cars and then someone pulled over at sonic.

I just LOVE Sonic. Custom crazy drinks. Half price drinks if you order in the app. I don't understand how I have never once heard of a car hop getting hit by a car but the only downside to Sonic as far as I can tell is trying not to drive over a car hop.Parking: Prob about 33 stalls.Kid-friendliness: Kids love nerds in their drinks

First we could hear the manager yelling at employees through the speaker system. Someone had to come to our car to take our order. Our food came quickly, but with attitude from the car hop. Napkins are a must when eating in the car. Don't make people ask for them. Food was OK, just ok. Onion rings were very thickly breaded and very sweet with a strong taste of vanilla. Hmmm.

Hands down the worst run Sonic in the country. Slow and zero people skills. If you are understaffed it goes a long way to simply let customers know rather than refuse to answer the call buttons for 30 minutes.

Sonic used to be awesome for a fast food joint. Seems to be not so good anymore.I usually order through the app. But that has some restrictions for the 2 for $5. You can't customize those options.Mostly use the app for the half price drinks.

I come here every day sometimes 2-3 times a day and it usually takes about 25 minutes for my order even if it’s only a couple drinks. Today, I ordered two drinks. One large tea and one medium slush. We got here at 2:22 and ordered the moment we pulled in and didn’t get our food until 2:50. I work in food service as well so I understand that there may be delays. But Sonic has always been slow. I hope they get more experienced help soon.

Worst experience ever. Thwre were only 2 ither vehicles there when we arrived. Waited 45 minutes for our food after we ordered. You would think after that long it would be hot and fresh since they must have not started it until after I ordered. But nope, luke warm at best. I know places seem to be short staffed everyone, but this was a ridiculous amount of time to wait when we were the 3rd vehicle there.

They are always messing up my order.. sometimes takes forever to get the food out to you. I used the app one time and ended up taking 3 trips to the store to get the order right... was wrong when i got home with it. They don't ever clean out their trash cans. The food is not consistent. Worse Sonic i have ever been to honestly..

We only went and got slushies and ice cream. It took them about 20 minutes to make them and come out to us. They did give us these tokens for free drinks next time we go so it wasn't that bad.

Just went 2 days ago. Quick and polite server. They did a great job. Got my order fairly quickly for all the other cars there. There is no dining in here. Its like the old car hops. Sometimes in the summer they evan still wear roller skates. With the pandemic its nice just to go in your car and not worry about being around alot of people .😁🍔🍟🌭🍦🍨🥤

Pushed the button and waited 10 to 15 mins just for them to take our order, the screen said that our car hop was bringing out food and we waited 15 to 20 mins after that to get our food. The food tastes awful I ordered the crispy tender dinner the chicken doesn't tasted completely done. The fries tasted like they were sitting out cooked for 2 hours. Everytime we come thru we give them a chance and they have done nothing but mess up on our orders multiple times.

If it were not for the lack of food places to eat out here in Burlington I would never eat here. Too often food is wrong or bad somehow. Such as very old and gross fries, once a corn dog was burnt to the point of black and so hard you couldn't bite into it. And there is no drive through here either. They take so long sometimes to get your order out to you too. Today I waited over 20 min for 2 sandwiches and an onion ring.

Will never stop in this town at this sonic ever again. We waited for quit a few minutes after pushing the button to place our order then AFTER the screen said so and so was on the way with our order we waited for ANOTHER 35-45 minutes and NOTHING so we pushed the button again and asked for an ETA on our order to be told oh we're sorry. You can have it for free and then were brought 2 bags which contained 2 COLD cheddar peppers (we ordered a small order which contains 4 ). The fries that belonged to my number 10 ( crispy chicken sandwich meal) were COLD. I ASKED FOR NO MAYO ON MY CHICKEN SANDWICH. IT WAS COVERED IN MAYO. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY DRINK AT ALL. and NO marinara sauce with my cold mozzarella sticks that I asked for. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Took almost 10 minutes for them to answer the button then waited approximately 23 minutes for our food at least four other vehicles pulled in after we ordered, they ordered their food and got their food and I know they had food because they had sacks not just drinks after we ordered before we ever got our food I had to call back in just to get my order then they got the order wrong it was supposed to spend a cheeseburger plain egg ketchup not a hamburger and then they ran another Burger out there that was so sloppily made a 2-year-old could have made it better and it was still only a hamburger don't think I'll be going back there very soon. And all I ordered was a kid's meal wacky pack cheeseburger ketchup only and applesauce and apple juice for the drink that was it ridiculous on the times

Took them a while to answer the button and i get that, everyone is short staffed these days, but i think the fries were leftover from yesterday. NASTY. everything else was fine. When I think Sonic i think fresh, not old, stale and nasty. Sorry, next time I am thru here i will go to DQ.

Never had a single problem in the 8 years I have eaten there they hire this chick named trinity and the last three times I have gone they have messed up my order this last time they gave me one of my two burgers then made me wait in the 20 degree weather for 25 minutes. Did I get anything other than I'm sorry? No. I am done eating at this place until they hire new, more competent employees.

It never fails I’m either missing items from my order when I order food or it takes 20+ minutes to get a simple drink order out. I call and complain they say sorry and hang up today I made it known how fed up I am with their service and was offered 2 piddly drink tokens.
