Their dedication to our animals' welfare is truly commendable. We're grateful to have them as part of our extended ranch family!

When I made the tough decision to have my old gelding put down Red Oak was so caring and efficient. They came out as soon as they could and made arrangements to have him cremated. It all went so smoothly and I did not have to worry about him suffering. I cannot thank them enough for making that painful memory a little easier to remember

We love Red Oak and have for the past 7 years we’ve trusted them with our babies care! With 4 dogs and goats it seems like someone is always in need of care, and we love having Red Oak so close to home! The vets are caring and knowledgeable and always provide us with options for care/treatment. The newly renovated office is so welcoming and comfortable that the pups are more at ease when we visit. If you want great, affordable, knowledgeable vets in your corner, Red Oak is the way to go!

LOVE every single one of the ladies that work here. Trusted them with the care of our older English bulldog and they were amazing. From surgery/pain management to her heartbreaking final day, the staff went out of their way to fit us in to see doctors, listen to our concerns, help with refills and simply give hugs when needed.Thank you so much to each and every one of you for your kindness and compassion throughout Rox's health journey. You're all amazing <3 We will definitely be back with our future doggos :)

Dr. Sutter will call you while you are at work to complain that you used another vet for Equine care. She can be kind and can be brash. Often Awkwardly unsocial. She refuses services you ask for (Strangles Shots/teeth pulled/teeth floated for her own reasons (no client input just her choice) then barades you for getting equine services elsewhere. When mentioning to her that she could of given the services but chose not to, she sends a letter stating she will no longer be your vet and to find care elsewhere. She only wants clients that only go to her. She also wants your card on file. Capps is awesome. But Capps will call Sutter 3x while at your farm appointment, then tell you no on services because Sutter said no over the phone. Sutter wants your credit card even when you've always paid your bill. I was planning on going somewhere else Sutter. Your letter was unessecary. Try being more kind and open to the clients you serve. They don't go elsewhere when you are.

We recently transferred our zoo from another local animal hospital and my only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! The front of the house staff are kind and patiently listen to your concerns. The whole staff communicate with each other so I’m not having to explain concerns more than once! Dr Capps and Jordan are both great! I never feel rushed and they genuinely care for my animals’ health and safety. Their level of care and attention to detail are both appreciated. It’s pretty rare to find a clinic that has a home town family feel and that’s exactly what you get here. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and my puppy loves going to the clinic to see her “friends”. They treat her like one of their own and I feel very comfortable with the treatment we receive whenever we go for a visit.

Todd is a great vet who is laid back & "If it's not broke don't fix it!" He's active in the community The staff will make farm calls to vaccinate all my animals. And they offer all the services I need for my dogs and cats. They are VERY reasonably priced.

With easy access from 69 hwy, this became my animal hospital by default, and while I haven't had much experience with them other than annual shots for my pets, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. They have been very honest in regards to treatments thus far.I don't have much to compare with but they do seem a touch pricey.

Dr. Sutter came to see my two horses for eye redness. Though she suspected this was a simple allergic reaction, she performed an ophthalmology exam, nasal flush, sedative, pain killer, and more - resulting in a bill of over $500. None of these procedures were discussed prior, though I was present for the whole process. I had to continuously ask questions about what was being done to my horses to get any information at all. It's clear to me that Dr. Sutter saw an inexperienced owner and wanted to make extra money.If you don't want to be taken advantage of, I recommend going elsewhere.

My Great Pyrenees puppy had an emergency on a Sunday needing stitches. My regular vet wasn't on call but Dr. Sutter was at this clinic. The vets and staff were great. Even though this animal hospital was 35 minutes from my farm I wouldn't hesitate to bring any animals to them.

Our horse was starting to show sighs of turning colic the other night so I called my trusty Animal Hospital "Red Oak" and asked some question to a Shelbie Wedel, D.V.M - She informed me my horse needs immediate attention and with in 30 minutes she was in my barn. She assess the situation and got to work on making him better.If you looking for a professional organization to take care of your livestock or family pet - Todd Welch DVM, Maureen Sutter, D.V.M. & Shelbie Wedel, D.V.M along with the wonderful office staff this is the place to call ! No over selling, pleasant, great communication and great pricing. You cant ask for anything better. I've used these folks for over 20 years and won't recommended anyone else but these folks.

Even if you don’t have appointment and are concerned about something going on with your pet they tell you to come right in they will work you in. Always pleasant and awesome working with your dog. Make you feel welcome.
