The are always friendly and handle the animals well. My dog is very comfortable here. She started in 2020. Her cut is as cute as a button she looks soo adorable and smells like heaven. It seems like she is in a better mood after being groomed and is calm on the way home not always calm on the way there.

I've been using this groomer for years! Never had one issue but today a rude employee informed me they suddenly had no record of my dogs or current vet info so they would not be serving me today. She asked me my vets name and I told her. They were already closed so she refused me. Horrible customer service! Not the customers fault a business doesn't keep better records! Why is my history, including vaccination records not in their system instead of a raggedy little index box she pulled from under the counter???! So disappointing. Not professional at all!!!!!! Horrible experience!!

They won’t return my calls I’ve been calling everyday for them to re groom my dog. They gave her uneven ears, horrible looking muzzle, a tail when she has no tail. It’s so choppy, Made my beauty dog ugly. I’m just devestated. All they have to do is recut her.My husband picked up the dog and paid before he saw her and left before starting a fight.I been to this location since it was golizards go and never had a problem with her hair cut ever in 7 years of her life.Update: the way they groomed her in the back she had feces impacted that I had to cut and clean up when it was their job, I really want her to get groomed or I demand a refund. What a joke!

When I moved to the area nearly 3 years ago, I needed an experienced groomer to help me take care of my cat and keep his coat/skin healthy. The Groom Gallery fit the bill and they take great care of Nugget for me!

Customer Beware!To bad there is not a place for -0 stars. She is probably the owner and very rude!I have brought my dog here several times and always cuts on his skin, one ear shorter than the other, on and on.I’ve never complained.Today, she got upset because, I was a little late (no other dogs, by the way) and I asked her a question about the length that she was going to cut him. I have the right to ask a question. I said I wanted him a little longer, and she started to argue with me…..then when I responded, said I was arguing. 🤷🏽‍♀️ So disappointed and now irritated with this business. I told her ok, go ahead and groom him (the way she wanted-she doesn’t want to groom them…only to just shave all their hair off, and it’s winter!) and then she says no…she refused service. Really?Horrible customer service and just an overall bad attitude.I had always gone to Pet Smart but wanted to support a small business.Well…..there you go!This is the Bonner location, but I think she may be the owner of all of them.

Love this place💜. They always treat my dog like a queen even when she is a handful. Sara and Kat (sorry if I killed how you spell it) are amazing and they are very reasonable in price. Also they have boarding and my fur baby has been treated fabulously, their kennel and their grooming areas very clean , very well taking care of. Very happy with their service to the point that Moon gets her doggy spa once a month. Thinking in making it by-monthly. So recommend it 😊.

Would leave a zero star if I could. I scheduled an appt for my Aussie to get a trim (vet and dna confirmed he is an Aussie) I get there and am told “we won’t trim that breed” very rude staff and waste of time. A family member knows the owner Kelly, she called her and Kelly was worse than the snooty girls in the shop! She basically called me a liar and said she knows my breed better than a doctor and dna records and that my dog is not an Aussie. (Mind you, she wasn’t even there!!) she then kept changing her story to defend her staff and said she cuts aussies but not German Shepards, then it was oh we never trim on the first appt.. she would have to bring him back. When family member asked why they scheduled the appt then she claims oh we didn’t.. she didn’t tell us he needed “shaved” she kept putting words in my mouth saying I wanted them to shave him when all I asked for was a trim. The owner also made very rude comments saying if I dont like hair I shouldn’t own a dog. I never once complained about his hair, simply just asked for a trim. Owner and staff is RUDE and unprofessional and is a waste of time!!

First time taking my dog there for grooming. Their prices are comparable with everyone else in the business, but she does an excellent job. I'm so happy I found them trust me you won't be disappointed.

I have been taking my 2 small dogs here for about 3 years. One is a little shy/fearful and the other is quite hyper and not very tolerant of nail trims. They always do a great job and my dogs look and smell good. Usually it doesn’t take long and they call you to let you know they are done. Clean, and new looking setup. I will continue using them as long as I have fluffy dogs!

Our little pup was pretty shaggy when we brought him in. Seeing him after his appointment our fur baby looks great and smells really good, that I can't deny. Unfortunatelywe weren't made aware when we dropped him off that the groomer Lindsey would be adding extra fees and services onto the original price quote and we ended up getting charged more money than I had in my account. So I'm just trying to pay for my dogs haircut and now I dont have enough money to cover it. I didn't know what to do, I was terrified that they would keep my dog. Luckily I was able to call my boss and get an advance. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

I love taking my dogs to this groomer. It's the only place my dogs are comfortable. BUT I spent $160 to get my dogs bathed..nail trim...and paid extra for the furminator and there is literally piles of fur coming off of them both. It is so ridiculous and very disappointing. This is the 2nd time I tried the furminator and I'm not going to lie I feel completely ripped off. 😡

Had a 3pm appt! Finally got him back at 20 mins to 8!!! Only one poor girl working! I felt very sorry for her, she still had one more dog to groom before she could leave! Poor grooming, sharp nails still! I have a Bischon, he came out looking like a shorn sheep! Our last time there! Too bad!

I think they did a good job and treated my animal kindly. But just be sure to ask specifically for the basic bath if that's what you are wanting or they assume you want deluxe. It will be a shocking difference in price if you aren't expecting it.

Our dog is a little on the wild side. Nicole did a fantastic job. A groomer at another place said he was un-groomable. Our dog liked Nicole. I would HIGHLY recommend her and this shop.
