I can’t boast enough about how fantastic Adorable Pet Spa is! We had two senior dogs with special needs and anxiety over going to new places, Adotable Pet Spa treated both of them as if they were their pets. After our first visit, our pickiest senior dog (who was blind in one eye and one leg with a deformity) would walk right in and greet them as if he knew them forever. My only regret is not discovering Adorable Pet Spa years ago - they were like family for our pets.

I took my dog Perry in for his claws to be trimmed because he won't let me do it. The lady in crocs who came out and clipped his nails was so nice and friendly to him and didn't even get annoyed that he peed on the floor because he was a bit nervous. The shop was clean and it smelled great, like lavender or something. I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment and she came right out and took care of my dog. I'll take Perry back to her shop if I need to get him groomed or his nails trimmed in the future. I didn't catch her name, but if she reads this, thank you for being so accommodating.

We have been taking our dog here for over 4 years now. We have tried many groomers before Kari, but she is the absolute best. We have a difficult dog who isn’t always very friendly. She has never complained and always welcomes our dog back. Also he looks absolutely adorable and smells amazing after every groom. Super easy to book online. Convenient pull up to park right in front of the building to pick up/drop off. They text you when your pet is ready. Just an all around great place and great experience every time. Highly recommend!

My two Australian Shepherds always get so excited when I tell them they’re going to see Ms. Kari! They have been coming here since they were young pups and are now 5 and 6. I recently moved out of the western Shawnee area but will continue to make the drive across town as my boys are comfortable and familiar with the staff here. Kari and her team always do a wonderful job and my boys leave looking and smelling great. Communication is quick and they are typically done within 2-3 hours from drop off. Took our 150lb Newfoundland for a full groom. They were very fast! He's usually an all day dog but they were able to get him a fresh cut and cleaned up in right at 4 hours! They are prompt to notify you with updates and we're on par with others as far as cost goes. We will be going back
