Was a little shocked reading these reviews. I had ordered my dogs heart medication through this pharmacy and not only were they almost $40 cheaper than anywhere else, I got the medication very quickly. Unfortunately my dog passed away and I had forgotten to cancel my auto renewal on the medication. Got notification the order was being processed (on time) and that’s when I realized I needed to cancel. Called the customer service line and they canceled and refunded me that day. They also sent me a sympathy card in the mail for my sweet girl. I’d use them again no doubt.

I use this pet pharmacy for all of my pet prescriptions for Rocco and Foxy. I find the staff to be extremely professional, they go out of the way to help me get the correct meds from my veterinarian and in most cases the product order arrives at my door the next day.I trust my pet's health to this pharmacy and love their staffI know they process for may other online retailers so they are well respected. They also offer equine and large animal prescriptions

I ordered my pet's flea and tick prevention along with heartworm prevention from Pet Supplies 4 Less. Apparently, Pet's Choice Pharmacy fulfills their orders. I ordered my supplies over a month ago and never received same. When I contact Pet Supplies 4 Less and Pet's Choice Pharmacy to let them know about the issue, they stayed that they believed it was delivered and there may have been an issue with the USPS delivery. That there is nothing they can do. I have been ordering my pet medication with them for years now and they are unwilling to and refuse to provide any type of resolution. Do not order your supplies with them as their customer service is horrible and unhelpful.

I use this Pharmacy for all of my pets prescriptions. I have never had one issue with getting my scripts in a timely manner. Everyone I have dealt with here is amazing and willing to go above and beyond to make sure to make sure I have a great experience with them.

Very very slow and they do not return calls. Ordered meds on Wednesday, paid $4.99 shipping and handling for a bottle that weighs approximately 8 oz. It is now Wednesday evening a week later. Still haven’t received. This is not the first time this has happened with delivery or having a phone call returned. It will however be the last. Have found several suppliers who do not charge for shipping and 1-2 days delivery.

Ordered my dogs meds back in may, got charged twice and only received 1 package for triple the cost of a regular pharmacy...stay away and go to you local pharmacy....will be disputing the charges with my bank....

I am so disappointed in this place I can’t believe Ihave called them three times and was told I would be called back. Of course I wasn’t called back. My little Yorkshire terrier has a bad heart and needs medication for it. I will never do business with them again. 😡
