Only 2 showers here, boys and girls. They certainly are in now hurry to clean them, showers were empty and sat in Subway for an hour waiting.Loves is too cheap to hang a shower curtain, so make sure you have your floor mat well away from the shower or it will get soaked.

Doug was awesome. His manager Char on the other hand actively belittled himin from of me and he maintained a professional attitude the whole time. People like her that made me get into trucking so I didn't need to deal with petty power hungry managers anymore. Good luck Doug. Keep up the good work and put stars on you're nametag all ya want cause that's what you are 🌟🌟🌟

We were traveling and I lost a screw from my glasses. That meant the lens wouldn't stay in and I couldn't see very well. It was looking like a long day until I got home again and could get another pair of glasses on. We stopped at Love's at Belleville, Ks. to see if they had a glasses kit. No luck. The clerk suggested buying a pr of sunglasses and using a screw from them. She offered she had a small screwdriver we could use. We tried that, but we weren't finding a screw that worked. Then she came with a pair of glasses that had been left there a while back and offered a screw from them! She helped put my glasses back together. She was so kind and helpful! We appreciated the help so! We offered her a money gift, but she said no, that's Love's!

Love's is my favorite. Subway is my most disliked restaurant. Please stop with all of the Subway's. 5 star on your shower. I wish you had more than 2 but they're nice and roomy.

On this day February 20th 2024 I'm at the Love's truck stop in Belleville Kansas. With an injured ankle I could not get into the store as it was I could not put on a shoe. I called into the store and a wonderful woman by the name of Joy answered. I explained to her that I had just injured my ankle and had just left the hospital and made it here to the Love's truck stop. She asked how could I help you and I told her I could not make it in cuz the shoe won't fit on my foot. She came out to me curbside and brought me water for my blood pressure medication and I paid for Motrin for swelling that I was experiencing in my ankle. I just want to say to you again Joy.Tthank you so much you made this very easy for me and for that I tipped you God bless you and thank you so much for what you've done for me.

All the people who work here are very bad people…I was left with a broken truck and they wouldn't let me stay inside at night, they moved me to every place they put me inside, the temperature was below -17 and they abused me all night. …he did not advise anyone to stay in this place

Love love the fact that there's a doggie park so we can let our boys out to have a bit of a run while we're traveling. I also love how prompt and courteous the staff was when told that one of the gates was not closing properly

Camera in the ladies restroom also rude staff inthe subway got mocked by an old lady for trying to get a salad cause of my gluten allergy didn't think hey have sign so u don't wait in line for 20 mins. Cslling corporate on the camera first thing.

Just stopped at this Love's AGAIN and they never have anything ready to eat for us driver's that are out at this time and it's 1:58 am. Now there's plenty of time to smoke but not to take care of their customer's needs. I'm diabetic and had to get something to eat but they could not have ANYTHING ready. Went are y'all open 24 hours. Not to mention the poor customer service. I do not like to leave negative reviews but this is all the darn time. Give me a break!! If it was every now and then but it's every time we stop. I would give a negative one star off I was able.

Had very friendly service. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The only thing I seen that I disagree with was one male employee took a picture of a female employee with out her permission. The girl asked why he did that he said because he could. I don't know if the girl will report this or not but she was clearly upset.

Such a nice place to stop and stretch your legs. Let's start out with the atmosphere, I have never been there when I wasn't greeted as I entered. Restrooms are always clean and fresh. Stop in and buy a snack, if you want healthy food, there are always bananas on the counter.

The store is very small for a Loves truck stop. Pulled in to fuel my RV. I only use the pumps on the end due to my limited turning radius. Started to fuel up and realized the western most pump has ONLYa button for Supreme ⛽️ and Diesel. My bad for not catching it immediately, but WTH????

Terrible location!! Showers were dirty & half way cleaned. Water was still on the sink and soap holder in the shower. Hair all over the floor. Pee under the toilet seat.Smh. Last time I was here I had a better experience. Not sure why the weekend staff can’t keep up with the store.

Being a Loves loyalty member it feels good to see the heart in the air after a long day this Loves in particular only has two showers but one of the best loves out there......thank you all loves team members......and shot out to all drivers keeping America moving ........

This is the cleanest truck stop I have been to in a long time. They take such great care to ensure the bathrooms are clean and I even found cherry gojo in the ladies bathroom. I thought this was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will stop here again on my way back to Texas.

There is a great little DOG PARK on the back side of this Love’s. We were able to let our dogs out to run and walk a bit off the leash. Clean bathrooms. Good snack selections.

Clean restroom, amazing staff. The girl that work the night shift is excellent, and kind. She took the initiative to wiped down my coffee cup to prevent spill or stain; she is wonderful so thankful for her help.

Poor customer service at front desk Stop at loves on 6th may 2023 at 2.30 a.m. Showers got empty and had to wait for about 45 minutes and nobody come up to clean the shower.

It's also a blessing to leave the Tyson plant and come and wear the truck without having to worry about it later on.
