Clean, safe and well managed place. Good to stop during long journeys and get services. Gas station, information center, convenience store, parking lot, rest stop, restrooms etc all services available. Can also be used for night stopover in the car for a few hours and then continue our journey. Really recommend.

I kind of like that they now have Love's country stores in these travel plazas but. They made the mistake of losing restaurants like Hardee's and now have Dairy Queen and Subway instead. Extremely disappointed. Not a Subway fan and Never had Dairy Queen's food only the ice-cream. Huge step backwards.

Not too bad for a welcome center...tho minimally staffed im sure due to Covid. You can hit it from the south or north as it's in the wide median and there is on ramps and exit ramps for either side... NOTE:. The distance to merge back onto the interstate is minimal and you are in the fast lane when you merge so if there's some tractor trailer ahead of ya..pull onto the shoulder before you get going onto the interstate and let em go way ahead of ya as doing otherwise is very dangerous especially with people today so impatient. Avoid getting the souvenirs here and go across the lot to the service station...much better selection.

Travel center staff person was friendly and helpful. Really like the Wizard of Oz background. Great photo opportunity. Touchless bathroom entrances are always a plus.

We came in on a Sunday, and maybe they only do maintenance when the gift shop is open during the week? Trash cans were overflowing, the men's room smelled like sewage, and there was trash everywhere and filthy uronals. The ladies room had no soap, several stalls were out of toilet paper, footprints on the toilet seats, just generally disgusting. We didn't eat at the McDonald's, even though we intended to, because of the general level of filth.

Family bathroom has swarms of flies, horrible lighting. Men's bathroom has no toilet paper at all. Smh.. debating if I should even eat the McDonald's

Pretty convenient place to stop. Gas/food/etc. Generally clean and well stocked. The folks have always been polite. The bathrooms have never been dirty. I generally came through about 4AM and would stop and rest a bit. Never any issues, never got bothered while I rested my eyes. Good all around.

The folks in McDonald's was nice. Food was fresh an Hot. I like the fact they have picnic tables outside. The bathrooms on the other hand was DISGUSTING. the floor had tissue everywhere. The toilets was all full of urine and pooh. And it smelled terrible . Please clean your bathrooms with the covid going around I found it pretty disturbing that they was that filthy.

Spotless restrooms. Polite and helpful staff with a wide variety of snacks and drinks available. I have stopped at this spot at all hours of day and night and have always gotten a decent cup of coffee, as well.As far as the information center, Kansas is my home state and I love it, so I am biased. That being said, it is a great place to get information about some cool stuff in my home state.Good place to let the dog out and even a decent place for a picnic.

Ladies restroom had several stalls filled, yes with that...... Men restroom is rt by the Ladies restroom and it smelled disgusting.....Haven't been eating out much due to COVID I smelled McDonalds fries thought why not.....It will be awhile before I eat McDonalds fries again they were cold and tasted old.....

A summer madhouse. More kid transfers than any other place we have used. Best to try to avoid the noon to two window if you plan to eat. The long lines move quickly but the wait can be lengthy. The employees are helpful and generally pleasant. Bathrooms are clean. The travel center is well stocked and weather info is readily available.

Great stop for gifts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. A nice welcome stop. Have a McDonald's. Other gas station snacks. Reasonably priced. Traffic can get hectic. Truckers can be a might testy. Had one nearly plow us down as he came in and we were circling around. It's literally in the median of the north and south bound. Very easy stop.

This was a very nice place. There were lots of displays and information, places to sit and rest, clean restrooms, a gas station and convenient store as well as a really sweet, reasonably priced gift shop. The gift shop had a large variety of items from big to small and a good variety of price ranges and two of the nicest, most helpful, and friendly ladies during our visit.

Nice travel center. Hardee's was good, though they messed up our order, but we got it fixed. Check before you leave! Restrooms we're clean and large, and the facility was also very clean and modern.

I'm giving this one star only because I accidently hit the star and now I can't make it go away. No stars is actually more fair.I feel like my wife disagrees with most of my ideas, and my decision to "just pop in of of the turnpike" for a "quick" lunch and top off the tank proves why she's right. An entire hour spent between the pumps and Mickie D's. The first pump didn't work, waited 10 minutes to get into a working pump, then 15 minutes to pump 16 gallons. The pressure in the pumps was so low that when the tank finally filled it didn't trip the handle to stop so fuel spilled all over the place.McDonald's was a nightmare. I'd say there was an average of 25 families waiting 20+ minutes each for their orders to get filled. That was 30 minutes if love to get back. And that was for a "to go" meal.Very disappointing. Turning off if the turnpike and heating a steak dinner would have been faster and more enjoyable.

They have clean bathrooms so that's always nice. Theres a lot of helpful information about different parts of the state. If your in Kansas to actually seem some things this is a good place to start so you can gather info.

Good place for my daughter to meet me and safely leave truck and go spend quality time with her both Saturday and Sunday. Thank you for your great service and great location with plenty room to park the truck and trailer and enjoy the weekend

I'm a disabled person, so I needed a place I could stay more than one night and recover from the first leg of my trip home from Texas. This place was perfect. There was a safe walk space, clean bathrooms, an interesting, but moderately sized, info center that didn't remind me of an airport. It was a nice place to sleep and rest up in our modified Aztek.

We didnt get a chance to check out the Kansas Travel Information Center as it was closed. It's Christmas so we understand. Beautiful building situated between the north and southbound interstate. The means of egress is quick and easy.

Clean restrooms. Friendly & helpful staff. My daughter told the man at the info desk that she is studying the U.S. this year in school, and he gave her quite a few handouts & sunflower seeds! The gift shop has a great variety of items.

Very nice 👌 I've been here a couple times just traveling and it is always friendly there.Also the bathrooms there are mostly pretty clean and there's usually not a lot of wait time getting some Hardee's or some dunkin donuts.

The men's room was dirty. The toilets are old and stained. 1 of the sinks auto faucet didn't work. 1 of the hand dryers wouldn't work. The sweet lady at the help desk was the nicest person you'd ever want to talk to.

Excellent place to stop, stretch & walk the dog. The fast food restaurant for this particular Kansas Travel Info Center is McDonald's. Inside the Info center you'll have the opportunity to get a variety of drinks along with many different snacks. The gift shop is very nice, stocked with all KS goodies and souvenirs.They have plenty of maps & brochures on things to do, places to go in KS. They're very knowledgable about the history of KS and shared good short stories.They were nice and extremely helpful with getting directions. I noticed they have a TV that stays on live updates of the weather all the time. The restrooms were very clean. Overall, this is an excellent place to stop. Gas, food, clean restrooms & friendly people.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Not sure who's responsibility they are but make both the info center and McDonald's look badly. Pass on a stop here unless you are in dire need of the facilities.
