Talk about your low end get your good store. Floor was filthy, but you can get some decent things at some regular prices. It got three stars specifically because of the help. The staff was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and helpful.

Yep, good place to shop with great prices. The new one in Riverton is especially nice and clean. Could use more cashiers but not a long wait. Well stocked with bargains. I go there often.

Well I just went to Dollar General in Baxter Springs Kansas I live only 5 miles from there or I can go to Commerce Oklahoma and their map what about eight miles from it but I just went to Baxter last night to Dollar General and got everything I needed and I didn't even have to go to Walmart that is a good deal when you can go into the Dollar General and buy everything you need food whatever you guys are getting more and more good stuff at Dollar General we really enjoy having Dollar General right in our back door I couldn't do without Dollar General in a Ford Walmart I can't walk and go into Walmart anyway so Dollar General is my best choice of shopping if I buy clothes I have to go to somewhere else but other than that no Dollar General we love Dollar General so does my grandkids

My husband went to the Baxter Springs KS store on. 8-15-30. The store was supposed to open at 8:00 am and people were waiting in the parking lot and some people drove off. They knocked on the door and nobody ever came to the door. He finally gave up and left at 8:35 am and went somewhere else. The worker’s vehicle was in the parking lot. Somebody could’ve at the very least came to the door and explained why she was late opening.

What can i say its a DG. If you like a bunch of cheapish junk in stalls where the walkways are adorned with boxes and misplaced items then this is the store for YOU. Most times the cashiers are pretty nice, lazy but nice so thats something positive as well. 😜

I love going here. Everything is a great price and there is often deals. The staff is really friendly too.. Beware: it's really easy to overspend since everything is so inexpensive. XD

This is a pretty big store. They had a nice selection of makeup (Maybelline) and some really cute finger nail polish colors. They also had a nice selection of movies. They also had a nice selection of other items , decor, clothing and food.

Went on Saturday morning,only one checker, had 5 people ahead of me to check out, took about 15-20 minutes to pay and leave

I give minus 2 stars, being as I was never at dollar General in baxter springs, ks. I could maybe see rating Dollar General in Plainfield, lndiana, since that's the town I am in. Have not been to a Dollar General Store in a couple months. So, -3 stars now, ridiculous posting publicly i went somewhere I am not even close to.

Friendly staff but this place is a disaster. Empty, disorganized store and completely filthy. The restrooms are unusable because of how nasty they are.

This store needs to be torn down and build a new store that doesn't flood in the back of the store and that the AC and heat works for the climate. This building is so runned down and the working conditions should be criminal. There is a lot of empty lots here in Baxter Springs that a new Dollar General can be built. Put your money where it's needed..

Seem to always have what I am looking for but man they need to put stock up off the floor. Stock just overflows into the isles and could make for a dangerous situation

Very large. While they have a large selection, the store is always a mess, product on the floor, in boxes on the floor. I would not suggest going in if you are not very ambulatory.

I perfer dollar tree this place isnt as good price wise. It was messy the bathroom was a disgrace no toilet paper dirty not sanitary. I will stay with dollar tree. I was very disappointed

The Dollar General in Baxter Springs is all messy you can't find anything it's a really dirty store they have nothing on the shelves everything is piled everywhere in there store by guess so you don't even have a cart to shop with I will not shop here again it's ridiculous.
