went to order a large pepperoni pizza. it was done when i arrived, but i didn’t realize what was wrong with it until i got home. the crust wasn’t cooked all the way, the pizza was not cut, and the whole thing was covered in grease to the point where it was pooling in the box, making everything soaking wet. tried to cut and eat but it fell apart due to how underdone it was and how soggy it was from the grease. easily the worst experience i’ve had trying to get casey’s pizza.

Pre-ordered our pizza and we even gave them an extra 10 mins when we got to the store, waited another 10-15 mins just to be told they just now put our pizzas in their oven, very unfriendly kitchen staff, older lady sounded down right mad cause of all the orders they had, got the pizzas home and they were really really greasy more so then what they usually are, and the pizza wasn't fully cooked we have to put in the oven to finish cooking and the cheesy bread was just basically bread with a little bit of cheese, absolutely disappointed with the this place, definitely do not go here in the evening we will be going to Pete's from now on

Very clean, friendly staff. This is a great place to stop in for gas soda, coffee and smokes. We always stop in on the way home from the casino and on the weekends we like to order pizza and sandwiches. They are made to order which is great and i save money cause it's so cheap.

I am very disappointed in the service. We’ve ordered pizza multiple times and every time there was an issue. We’d wait for almost an hour and it still wasn’t ready when we went to pick it up. One time, the worker immediately asked my husband if he just wanted to cancel his order because it hadn’t even been started. Today, I went to get a pizza for my sister (we no longer go there, unfortunately), and I went ten minutes after it was supposed to be done. The worker was JUST laying out the crust and said it would be about 15 minutes. I asked why, when she had ordered over 30 minutes prior and it was supposed to be done ten minutes ago. They said a truck came in and they got busy, and the worker that came in later didn’t realize there was an order to be completed when she got there, or she would’ve started it. I’ve never come to give a review, we just simply stopped giving them service, but this just really pushed me over. The LEAST they could have done was give her a call and let her know what the apparent situation was, so we could have avoided driving there just to have to wait another 15 minutes. Very disappointed, we love their pizza! The service has just been a really really big miss for us.

This store use to be on point with fresh food, great people and award winning customer service. Unfortunately something changed a few months ago especially in the deli department. There's almost never any hot quick grab items, the attitude of the cashiers is "whatever" or not my problem. Corporate needs to come in undercover to see this for themselves and begin coaching and retraining the personal in this store

We order breakfast pizza every Saturday and it's always so good. This Saturday my daughter wanted biscuits and gravy too, we called to order ahead like usual, the lady on the other of the phone said she would have to reheat the gravy and that she just "doesn't feel like doing that". What kind of service is that? Why do you work in this store if you're going to be a lazy employee? Completely unsatisfied with service today!

Tried to order a sandwich online to pick up before work but the app said they didn’t offer online ordering at that location. So I went in there 30 minutes before my shift started to order one and they said sorry we already took our last order we aren’t going to make you a sandwich. It was 10pm so I was ok with that. I got a drink and a bag of chips when a police officer walked in and ordered a sandwich at the cash register and they made it for him no problem right in front of us!!! That’s plain disrespectful. If your going to make a sandwich for one person make it for both people.

Never have quality food. They only make one kind of warmer pizza, and its usually several hours old. Service is not friendly. Employees ... say things they shouldn't in the back to the cashiers and eachother... (like customers can't hear you morons?) .. I'm gonna add this to my boycott list of terrible business in this town.-Truth

The place looks very good....Very easy access on the main strip....As soon as I walked in the door everybody greeted me with a smile it wasn't more than a minute before somebody asked if they could help me find something..Everything looks very clean and very presentable evening around the cooking area.The men's room was very nice, no foul odors.

Only reason I was happy to visit where I grew up is my grandmother and Casey's BarBQ pizza. Now I only have 1 reason to visit. Because they discontinued the BarBQ pizza. I traveled 4 hours just to get one. Gggggrrrrrrr.

Went there to have three sandwiches made lady making the sandwiches did not want to do it, she was extremely hateful. Tried to call Casey's corporate couldn't get nobody to answer. Lady literally screamed at me because I couldn't tell her three sandwiches at once. Was very unfriendly and very hateful will never go back for sandwiches.

Took me 2.5 hours to get food that I preordered ahead of time and i showed up when it was supposed to be done but thats when i had to wait in the store. The employees were also very rude to me.

Staff is always friendly, in my experience. The biggest down fall of this location is the parking lot. It's miserable if there is more than 4 cars there

Horrible delivery service! I waited for an hour and 30 minutes to receive my pizza. When I called to ask how long it would take the cashier was extremely rude. Not to mention when we finally got our pizza it wasn’t even fully cooked!! The cheese wasn’t even melted on top of my taco pizza!

I was having trouble with the gas pump, the the manager (I think her name was Kasey) was so helpful and had the issue resolved immediately...this is the only gas station I will use from now on...
