Cannot promote this facility enough. They are amazing. Every single staff member loves my baby like she’s theirs. I use them for doggie daycare, training, and boarding and I am so thankful for them! Peaches (87 pound 8 month old Great Pyrenees/Shepard mix) gets so excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot which says everything about how great they are!

I’ve been taking my dog to Fat Cats for over a year now, I can’t say enough great things about this place! Maizie comes home worn out from day play each time. I also love that they post pictures on facebook of all the dogs during the day. The staff is all so friendly and know Maizie as soon as she walks in. 10/10 recommend!!

We have taken our dogs to them for about 4 years now when we go on longer vacations. They threat the dogs very well and their facility is clean. Their services are well priced and the staff is friendly. We will continue to board our dogs there in the future for sure.

Everything regarding my cat Thatcher's recent cleaning was flawless! The staff were very cooperative over a miscommunication, we resolved it quickly and they never ceased to be friendly and forgiving. He was very shy going in, but he acted his usual relaxed self on the way out; a sign that he didn't mind and that left me truly impressed. The job was also done well, he smells fresh and he's somehow even softer than he already was. Kudos for that!And don't let Thatcher (pictured) hear this, but hanging out with the orange tabby, Tucker in the main lobby is pretty awesome too 👍 She's a total sweetheart and truly adds to the space

I believe my dog got fleas from this place !! My dog has never ever had fleas before until after her appointment. She got groomed on October 4th, & if she would have had fleas at that time, they would have definitely told me something but they didn’t tell me anything because she didn’t have fleas! Until after her appointment that’s when my dog started to itch a lot more and lick herself more. I found out she had fleas when I saw them crawling all over her stomach. Mind you, my dog does not go outside like that only to use the restroom which is like 2-4 mins. I called and told them about my dogs having fleas and all they told me was “no, she couldn’t have gotten fleas here because we clean our kennels”. I’m sure my dog got fleas from this place & they did not offer to help me get rid of them; now I’m suffering with all these bites & fleas all in my carpet. I done spent so much money I did not have to get rid of the fleas from my dog and my house.

Stephanie and her Staff are Incredible. They work so hard and treat each animal as if they were their own. I've had my Two Kitty Babies with them going on 4 1/2 months now and I LOVE that I don't have to worry one single bit about them. I know without a doubt that they are in the Absolute Best Hands they could be in. Thank You soo much Ladies for ALL that You Do!! ❤

This place is amazing!!! After a failed trip to a groomer that stated our 6 month old puppy was aggressive, we reached out to Fat Cats. From the moment I spoke to the front desk and the trainer/groomer Melissa, we knew they would love our boy as if he was theirs! We went in for a couple sessions (our puppy is NOT aggressive), and they got him to willingly sit and be groomed. This place and Melissa truly care for the dogs/pets that come through their doors! If you want somewhere that will treat your family member as one of their own, you have no other option than to take them here! Thank you for everything Melissa and Fat Cats!

The person working the counter on Sunday 10/2 chastised me for arriving early to pick up my dog. I can understand that it was slightly inconvenient and that explanation was satisfactory. I did not need to have it repeated to me 2 additional times.

Ditto what Russell said below. Our dog is always happy when we drop her off and happy when we pick her up which suggests that she clearly has a great time while she’s there. The services they provide are top notch and the crew always provide a little extra like a neckerchief, or a bow on the dog’s collar so our baby always looks extra sharp when she leaves. We wouldn’t trust our sweet girl with anyone else.

This place is a scam. They email you pretending that you made a reservation with them, then try to charge you for not showing up. I own no pets and this business emailed me dozens of times about my dog "Maui", trying to get me to give them credit card information.

There's a wonderful experience. The first time this time was awful. The receptionist was rude short. They suggested I medicate my dogs to bring them back cuz they are too nervous. They've never had this problem at any place else and one of my dogs growled at a guy there who's never growled at anybody before. I think we'll go back to the other groomers

We are so thankful for Fat Cats!Mel is training our little Shih poo, Bessie, and even though this little puppy very much has a mind of her own, Mel has been amazing! At first, Bessie was very apprehensive about being there. My husband and I are retired, so she has not been out much. She is happy there now.....The entire staff...the owner...Cathy at the desk.....our groomer, Marie...and, of course, Mel...have been amazing!Thank you for loving, caring and for training our sweet Bessie!

They did an excellent job grooming and bathing my dog. She looked and smelled amazing. It also smelled really clean and fresh in there, not at all like dogs. They were very friendly and you can tell they truly love animals. We will definitely be back!

The staff is very friendly and maintains great communication. One of the cleanest facilities I have seen. Both inside and out. Dogs were left overnight and came back happy. Would recommend them, 100%. They genuinely seem to care about your pets, and that makes leaving them for a stay so much easier on your heart.

This was the first time we had our two year old Aussie dog groomed. He’s skittish around people and I was very nervous for him. I expressed this multiple times on the phone while making the appointment. When we showed up, it was all business. The lady told me to leave now so she could get my Auggie to the back without him thinking I was still there. When I showed up to pick him up, again, all business— $80please. Some man went and got him and brought him out to me with an apology of how long it took because he couldn’t find him. (Men are dumb and never know what to say so I’m gonna gloss over that)I was never introduced to one person. Who took care of him? Who were the ladies at the desk? Who was that man? Someone’s lunch was also sitting out in the lobby all afternoon- I noticed at drop off and pickup. Brown bag, dirty Tupperware and all. Ideally, I would have liked to have known what my baby was in store for today, not rushed out the door. Ideally, I’d like to have known how he did and if he was friendly or not. Was he put in a kennel? Did he need muzzled? Was he fed salty treats that will make him extra thirsty tonight? Ideally, I’d like to not pay $80 for literally no communication. I make my living in a very similar field which is why I understand being busy and stressed and not taking each patient into consideration as a first time patient. It’s a mistake that needs brought to attention. Probably will not be back, definitely won’t refer. Such a bummer. As far as the grooming goes, Auggie looks and feels so much better. Just wish there was a more communicative and safe vibe.
