I shop at this location often. It would be a better store if they actually kept the shelves stocked and had more than one cashier at a time. I can't count how many times there has been a line wrapping around to the front door and only one cashier checking people out. There's always 2 or 3 employees in the store, including managers but they seem to ignore the huge line of people. The managers either ignore the huge line, or get on a register and act like it's not working until the line clears up. What this store needs, is managers that care about their customers, and the store. I've walked out and left my cart many times, I've seen others do it too. Nobody has the time or patience to wait 30 minutes to check out at Dollar General. I feel bad for the 1 cashier working. They have to deal with upset customers who just wasted an hour trying to picking up TP. Get a self check out if you don't want to hire more employees, other DG stores have them.

Cashier unable to handle cash plus debit transaction then was completely rude and argumentative when she handed me back the cash she wasn't able to figure out how to apply. Store dirty...crowded...boxes everywhere and shelves not in order. Go to a different store. Was warned this one has declined and it definitely has! Too bad. Was a nice store when first opened. I should have read the other reviews first.

It's got everything that any other small general store would. Mostly clean, compared to other Dollar Generals. Bathroom needs key, which is strange, especially considering they will give you access whether you're a customer or not.

The remodel of the store has made it very nice. Everything we need on a day-to-day basis can usually be found here and it's nice to have in our town. Always clean and the staff are always friendly.

Sales floor is difficult to shop because of the carts and racks of unworked freight. In-stock is a issue that needs to be addressed. Out of basic items for weeks. This store needs serious attention and make it shoppable. More sales, more profits and more help. It must be frustrating for the employees

Recently renovated! They added more to their grocery aisles which is great when you just need a couple things. Great staff, they work hard to keep the store stocked and organized.

(2020, Feb 8) 2130 Must have been ransacked by the high-skoolers on this Saturday Eve (truly). I went in for snackage and so must have the prior customers since more than half the wants weren't there along with some new items.These nice employees were cleaning the floors and soon I imagine, they'll be stocking and refacing shelves. This store usually is pretty kept and a four Star.This visit yield 3 star.

Just went in, spent $19, the machine ran out of paper so my receipt didn’t print. The kid told me that my receipt didn’t print, sorry. I asked if I could have a reprinted receipt for my purchase. He flat out said no we don’t do reprints! Seriously? And this is the regional training store, way to go Dollar General and employees. Have never had a store that refuses to reprint your receipt, literally at the register. It was not my fault they did not stock the paper in the machine. I didn’t come back 3 days later asking for a receipt...it was at the moment of checkout. What is going on at this store???

Great for mainly non-grocery items at a lower cost. They do have a limited supply of grocery items, including dairy, but no produce. We were pleasantly surprised to find the store also offers gardening supplies.

I've worked in retail for 35 years. I've never seen such a mess of a store. Evett time I go in, there is merchandise on thefloors, nothing is stocked to make any sense. If I was the manager I would be so ashamed of my store. They need to getthat stote cleaned up. When I go in, which is not to often, I just want to start straightening up. Drives me crazy. Please take some pride in this store and clean it up!!!!#!!

Standard Dollar General. The lines are rarely too long, so staffing seems to be on par.I've not used their restrooms, but the rest of the store is clean enough.They have propane here, which is really convenient for me, since it's more than 2x as close as anywhere else.

Looks like they are in the.middle of a remodel. There were a few empty aisles and carts full of merchandise scattered throughout the store. Aisle are very narrow and hard for people to get past easy other.

This store is batting a thousand when it comes to having all the things I need when I dont want to drive out of town to a big box...distilled water for my CPAP machine, BBQ sauce when I start running low and an awesome assortment of $1 bags of candy for my daughters...this place is making me look good when I get in a tight spot!!

Layout of the store isn’t great. You really have to search for what you are looking for. Only 2 checkout counters and they are always super slow so the line backs up quickly

Update. The new staff is much more friendly. Store still not very organized. Prices are high but it is catering to convenience. The problem is it's not very convenient because there is never enough staff to check out quickly.

They have really made some changes for the better. Hear that bigger things are coming. Keep it up, it's nice to walk into a clean, stocked store, with some friendly faces.

I was a Supervisor at the Basehor Store. I really enjoyed the community and knowing the customers I saw on a daily basis. Unfortunately I was being severally sexual harassed by my store manager. I followed all the steps to report to corporate the issue. The issue was taken very serious and an investigation was done. The manager was terminated but they could not or would not ban this individual from the store and he continued to come in and harass me. I was fearful and not comfortable going to work any more. I turned in my keys and resigned but I was not at all happy about it. Wish the Company could have done more for me.

When it first opened, management was great about keeping the store clean and stocked. Not any more. This place always is difficult to get around in because of the junk in the aisles. Not to mention the shelves are empty. Very disappointed.

ALWAYS out of stuff! Very disorganized...bare shelves, unpacked boxes everywhere, items in the wrong place, clothes laying in the floor. Some staff is ok, but for the most part they're rude, unhelpful, and typically annoyed to be there.

They have stepped up covid-19 precautions as of January 25, 2021. Cart wipes, check out waiting lines well marked, good signs about masks, friendly staff.

Same as all DG's can't walk or push a cart down the aisles because they're trying to stock it during business hours.

Dirty and very unorganized. Sometimes you can't even push your cart through the aisles because there is so much stuff on the floor.
