We go here often and love having them here in our small town! They have most of the items you would typically see in the bigger hardware stores, minus the large selection of lumber. Life would be much less convenient if they weren't here and I plan to continue to support them whenever I can!

This is an amazing small town hardware store. It may be a "small" store but they have incredible selection, fair pricing, kind helpful people & a large amount of handy rental equipment available!!!

I shop here at least a couple times a week. Arrowhead really does have a little bit of everything. On the rare occasion that they do not have what I need in stock I can usually get them to order it for me. The staff is always friendly. Ken and his wife are very kind folks. Arrowhead rents all kinds of equipment (skid steers, diggers, saws, trailers, etc) and I have had great experiences with that service. Arrowhead hardware is a very good place to shop in general. They have the regular hardware as you would expect. Then they have many farm items, such as drainage pipes in various diameters. The also repair small engines as well as rent items you might need just once. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Their prices are reasonable and comparable to other hardware stores. I would recommend you try them. I think you would be glad you did.

We shop here regularly. Every time it has been an exceptional visit. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't say that very often.Fully stocked all the time. We have never left there without what we needed. They sure have saved a lot of miles having to drive into the bigger towns looking for items.

The new owner, Kent, has done an outstanding job of revitalizing the store. From product selection to the rental equipment, he is getting it all done. He is extremely knowledgeable in many, many subjects and is very willing and to share his knowledge and is generous with his his time. Hats off to Kent and his staff. There is no need to to anywhere else.

Update: After ownership change, Arrowhead had some aspects that really improved. However, it does have far less charm now. Glad they have been able to remain open during covid-19, but they aren't enforcing the masks to be worn indoors law at all, with several laughing it off like a joke. Now i only go if there isn't another option, or what i'm getting is so fiddly, it wouldn't be worth the trip to Lawrence. $10 and above on purchases, and i'm far more likely to go to Lawrence.

I was here on Wednesday 6/1/16 7:10a.m., stores says it opens at 7, and the store is closed. Not good business practice at all. Another customer just showed up while writing this review. Both of us webt out of are way on are way to work.
