Dr. Jones and staff have been great for routine vet care for my dog. However, their expertise really shined when I brought her in for a recent injury. Dr. Jones has always been so friendly, knowledgeable, and available. However, this past week was exceptional. We had a horse choke earlier in the day and by evening he just wasn't himself. Not very many large animal vets work after hours, but Dr. Jones was there 35 minutes after I left a message. My horse was colicing and running a 105 temp. Dr. Jones gave him what he needed and we walked him for a couple hours. Our gelding is so much better. Thank you so much, Dr. Jones, for being there when we needed you! Your energy is infectious and we appreciate your professionalism.

This was our first visit to CAH and we were so pleased. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! The doctor really helped our little Waffles. He was gentle and kind to her. Turns out she just had a cyst on her tail, but didn't make us feel silly for bringing her in. He calmed our fears and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do it. We will definitely be back.

This has been my vet for 5 years but last 8 days Ive called trying to make appt for pups last vaccinations so I can get her spayed, , I’ve been put on hold for 7-18 min and no one has ever picked up. One time insisted they don’t put me on hold and she answered the question I had. I have called at least 16 times since. Maybe they could take your number and call back later would be nice. I’ve just made new appointments with new vet. Sad.

I would like to add my name to the list of positive experiences. Over this past Christmas weekend, our dogs got into a fight and my wife and I feared that one of them might have life threatening injuries as it looked to us like he had fluid pooling in his neck and he was extremely lethargic. Dr. Jones was extremely gracious to meet us and look at our dog. Fortunately the injuries were not nearly as severe as we had worried, but Dr. Jones did a wonderful job putting our anxiety to rest as he was explaining what was going on with the pooch. He administered some meds and a few days later the dog is back to his goofy dumb self. We are very grateful for the time and care that Dr. Jones took for us.

Dr. Jones & his entire staff are the best when it comes to taking care of our four legged kids. Doc is very caring, compassionate & takes his time listening & then comes up with the plan to address your concerns.We've had a few ER calls that he would meet us & he'd address the problem & always says to call if you have any problems. Dr. Jones went above and beyond. I have never had a doctor listen so carefully and be so helpful with my concerns for my dog. He was the most thorough vet I have ever seen. He took his time and checked to make sure he didn’t miss a single thing on my bulldog. He was patient and so helpful with questions and solutions to her health issues. When I called, they fit me in that same day. Our pup was not eating and minimally drinking, had extreme diarrhea, and was vomiting. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly when I arrived to fill out paperwork and when in the exam room, the vet tech was great.The vet came in, and I’d heard him conversing with other owners in the waiting room, so I knew he was cheerfully greeting them. We were referred to him as our usual vet was not able to fit us in. We’d already been in once a few days earlier so I was anxious since our pup hadn’t improved. I’m not sure what I was expecting as we may have been an unusual case so he was cautious.I asked them to do some diagnostics on my dog and they were reluctant, but finally did. The feedback was good and because of that, I had peace of mind that our pup would recover. The vet gave some shots, prescribed some meds, and took the time to answer my questions. He was much more approachable toward the end as I think we’d warmed up to each other more.After almost a week of being sick, the meds helped tremendously. Our pup felt much more like herself and began eating again! Overall, it was a positive experience and I recommend this clinic.
