I just had the BEST pizzas ever from Caseys!!!!! I mean soooooo good. Thank you Brandon for making such great pizzas. I'm gonna make sure you are working the kitchen whenever I order again.Vegetarian options: The Veggie pizza was the best I ever had from Casey's. They offer gluten free crust, but I did not get that.

Hours online say they open at 5AM. I came by at 620AM and they were closed. Fix your hours on Google Maps!If there are more than 2 people in line prepare to wait. Cashiers are crazy slow and want to make 5 minutes of small talk with each customer after ringing them up. Some of us just want to pay and be on our way.Caseys you need to figure out your checkout process. QT has is down. Since they're your direct competition maybe you should try to keep up.

Pointed out to cashier that we were clearly overcharged (according to sign on product) and was told I have to come back when manager is available. Was also charged for dipping sauce with hot food item that he refused to reimburse because he said "most people don't dip sandwiches". The $6.49 I paid for a dried out Hawaiian bbq brisket sandwich was a total waste of money - may have been better if it had some sauce on it. I live 20 miles from this store. How am I supposed to get money back? This store won't be one I patronize again anytime soon.

I limped into Casey in Baldwin City Ks today with a bad tire. It was flat when I parked. I had hoped to get enough air to get 2 blocks to a repair shop. No such luck. The end on the tire machine was no good. So being resourceful I I walked a block to Napa and bought a new air hose end. I installed it myself and got down the road to repair shop. I left the new end on the pump because there were 2 people waiting on air behind me. All the money you make Casey's and you cant replace a $4 part. This location is less than 6 months old. Shameful........

I don't expect much from gas stations but dang. The food is always undercooked, and the donuts... have the cooks ever seen a glazed donut before? Different drink machines always out of order. I know the times have changed but this place seems ran by teenagers that don't have a clue. Predict this station won't last long.

They can't make pizza to save their lives. Everytime we order a supreme it's raw in the middle. The crust in the middle ends up like a wet papertowel. They never put all the ingredients on it. Ordered the new Brisket pizza twice now and they never put jalapenos on it. The last time it didn't have the onions on it either. The supreme we ordered had over 1 inch of crust with nothing on it. It sure doesn't look like the store photos. The company won't do a thing because they can't get anyone to work there. That's why they are closed randomly. No one to work. Too bad it the only pizza option other than pizza hut in this town. I would drive on to Lawrence or Gardner.

I attempted to visit the Baldwin location twice in four days and both times they were closed during their posted hours. Once at 10:42 pm and again at 10:35 pm a couple days later. I understand potentially closing early from time to time if something has come up. Maybe their short staffed or there was an emergency, but I don’t think this was the situation. I saw employees in the store. I would love to give you my business in the future but I’m not sure you’ll be open.

I made a mistake when I ordered my pizza online. Then decided to take care of it when I went into the store. Tristan was able to correct my mistake and helped me out so much and made this a much more pleasant experience!!

I love this place and I am so happy we have one close by, but there really needs to be a more reliable way to order food. I couldn't order online so I tried to call, which had worked in the past. But now the phone isn't working either. I tried to let the man behind the counter (tall guy black hair) know that the line was not working but he seemed to be more involved in putting change in the drawer than to actually listen to me.Like I said, I love the food, but please, please make it easier to get it!

We were in Baldwin City visiting for 4 days and I went to this Casey's about 5 times for coffee/donut/soda/gas and what not. Each visit was just as it should have been. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I would like to buy gas here on my way to and from work. But go 20 minutes west or 12 minutes NW or SW and save every time. Been that way for months. Come on and match the numbers with in 20 mile radius.

They. Were. SLAMMED. I was in around 1pm today with my husband, and they did great seeing as how everybody and their mother was there with us.For being a brand new store, as in just opened yesterday, they're doing fantastic! The other people complaining are fussing about things Casey's can't control. Get over yourselves, peeps. It's a gas station.

Online Ordering is never available and whenever I try to call and place an order they never answer the phone. I called them once from inside the store and I couldn’t even hear it ringing, almost like they intentionally leave it off the hook.
