I took my dog in to this vet, and was extremely pleased with the staff of the office. Everyone was so nice, and the vet and staff got down on my pups level and gave her lots of love and biscuits to make her feel comfortable and safe. She loved every minute of it! I felt very comfortable and heard as well. They took the time to talk with me and answer any question I had, and didn't just rush out the door. We've found a new vet!

All the staff we've met so far have been wonderful. It's always hard finding a vet when we move so I feel that we lucked out at Baldwin Hilltop. Prices are reasonable & they are so kind to our puppy.

I switched to this vet recently after some very, VERY bad experiences at Companion Animal Hospital and am pleased as punch! The vet is so sweet to my critters. Appointments are always on time, I've never been left waiting and all of my (very numerous) questions get answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. Front desk staff are friendly and very competent.If you care about how your animals are treated and value competence in their care I recommend this as the best clinic in Baldwin.

Sadly, I have to change my below review from 5 stars to 1. The whole office demonstrated a level of unprofessionalism, miscommunication and fabrication at level that I have never experienced before, to the point that I am no longer comfortable going back. Dr. Stegman is a great vet, but this communication experience was unacceptable from a professional office.I have been in the area about four years, after trying numerous vets in the surrounding area, I tried Hilltop and Dr Stegman... I have found my vet. Dr Stegman and staff are top notch.

We absolutely love Dr Stegman and staff at Baldwin Hilltop Animal Health. Highly recommend!!! We have four dogs including two Irish Wolfhounds and needed a new vet after relocating to Baldwin. Even with Covid restrictions we knew right away we were in the right place, our dogs were relaxed and comfortable. Dr Stegman's experience shines through his treatment approach and through the way he treats his clients and staff. We are thrilled to have such a wonderful team to care for our pets and couldn't be happier.

I took my 5 month old goldendoodle to Dr Stegman for her first puppy visit when she was 8 weeks old and all her puppy boosters since and will continue to take her for all her vet care needs. He is great with her and also with the owners. He is patient and actually spends time with the animal and answers all the questions one may have. I highly recommend him as to anyone who has a beloved furbaby!

We love Baldwin Hilltop Animal Health.. They have a WONDERFUL friendly and caring staff. We have 2 miniature dachshunds who have always struggled with their dental procedures. We recently switched to Baldwin Hilltop. Both pups did amazing after this week's dental procedures at Hilltop. Thank you Baldwin Hilltop Animal Health!

If I could give 0 stars I would.My wife called hilltop in Baldwin ks 2 months ago to have our dogs fixed and and they told us that they were in able to help us at that time due to cattle season And inable to take new clients at that time. so they scheduled us for May 2nd and the only reason we stayed with the idea of using this vet is because they came with good reviews and our dogs are our children and they deserve the best. Well we called today to find out when to drop them off. We were told that they would call us back to let us know and they just called my wife and informed her that they can't help us now due to cattle season. That's the same excuse we were given before. That's pretty incompetent if you ask me SEEING THAT THEY HAD 2 MONTHS TO GET THE SCHEDULE SITUATED TO MAKE SURE THEIR NEW CLIENTS WERE TAKEN CARE OF. And they didn't even offer to set up another appointment time.So like I said before if I could I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. But if your looking for a new vet to take your babies to DO NOT BOTHER CALLING HILLTOP VET IN BALDWIN KS....
