Love this store! Friendly employees!!To add to what I already said.. I called customer service the other day about a complicated question pertaining to my account. My customer service rep was a man named Daniel. He was so knowledgeable and courteous and patient! I am super impressed. I feel like if they are going to take such good care of me AFTER the sale then i believe I am in good hands with them before the sale.

Nice little store. A bit further to get to than other home improvement stores, but had some good Black Friday deals. Staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of good supplies inside.

They definitely need help with their inventory system. Twice now I have driven an hour to get here, after checking online inventory and calling the store to verify, only to find out they do not actually have the item on the shelf. Super frustrating and I will no longer be making the drive to shop here. On a good note, their staff is always friendly.

We come here for all of our home and farm needs. I love the garden selections for soil,plants, and trees. The staff are helpful and delighted to give advice for animals or building structures. A must visit store before any others.

I'm a truck driver, and as many people might know, we work under very restrict hours of operation, so as I'm passing thru Wichita, I could not find a place for parking for about 1 hour, so I stop at tractor supply and ask the manager Eric I'd I could park for the night there to which he said ofcourse.Long tale, but I needed to let everybody know that either corporate and customers are very lucky to have people like him, also KT was very nice and helpful helping me find a nice pack of gloves which weren't expensive at all, and very happy with them.Please support this business because they hire key people for their businessThank you.

The staff is always friendly and helpful in most areas. Today there was a dead bloated mouse laying in the isle and I was not offered help out with my 3 50 pound bags. I'm seldom asked if I need help out with my heavier stuff.

The only store in the area that sells the dog food my kennel recommends my bird dog eat. Says increases smelling availability. Easy to get around the store. Very friendly helpful staff

Great Service - Purchased several 50lb bags of seed and fertz today. TSC - John, grabbed a flat cart, loaded the bags up, pushed out to the truck and loaded them in the back in for me. Thank you so Much!

Did some last minute Christmas shopping at the TSC in Andover. They only had 1 kids size coat in stock amd we were looking for 2 coats. East location offered wonderful service by calling this location (west kellogg) to see if they had what we were looking for. Found the 2nd coat and set it up front with our name for us. Both locations had wonderful helpful employees!

Was looking for supplies to install an electric fence & the employees at Tractor Supply were very helpful. I was already frustrated because I had been to Atwoods in Andover where I couldn't get any help at all. I liked going to that Atwoods, but after getting three different friendly & eager employees at Tractor Supply to help resolve my issues, I will be more than happy to start spending my money with them. It's a "win win" situation; when you have good customer service, you have good customers.

The staff is always very helpful. I think the store is a bit over crowded with inventory at times. That makes it hard to get around with a cart full of feed. The needed to make this store much larger when it was built.
