Parking lot is difficult to get in and out of safely. Customer service is nothing to be proud of. The store looks dirty all the time, especially the bathrooms. Definitely don't make this my choice stop for gas stations in Augusta.

Brent VanDyke, I can completely understand your take on Robin or Robyn or whatever. That's why she is strictly on third shift, because she is very rude and has almost zero customer service. Now that that's said, please don't put down the other employees. They are good people and they do show it to their customers. Also, the general manager I have known for a few years now and I know personally is a good and honest person. I get it man. Robin is a *expletive* no doubt. Their gas is always cheaper though. They are convenient and minus the third shift questionable person, they are a great store with great people.

Robyn was extremely rude and refused to serve me. I had my id and as she hadn't asked me to hand it to her, she assumed she couldn't touch it and then sent me on my way. As I tried to explain that I'd had them taken before, she continued to ignore me. Felt like I was getting service from a 3 year old. Not recommended. Especially not on thanksgiving. Apparently, grumpy is the norm here :-/

Rude customer service. I was overcharged and they don’t even have an active phone line so I could call and correct the mistake. Terrible experience and a waste of money and time. Not to mention pictures of security camera footage on the doors look trashy.
