The staff was helpful and friendly! I found what needed easily. It is clean! I don't have to check myself out. The manager works as hard as his employees. I have see him help stock shelves and look in back for stick for customers

I wanted to give zero stars, but I wasn't given the option to comment with less than one star. I just tried walking into the Atchison, Kansas store at 10:50 PM, but the doors were already locked. Posted store hours said they didn't close until 11 PM. ZERO STARS to the NIGHT SHIFT.

I live in California and the employees at this Walmart were friendly and approachable to ask for assistance. Definitely a completely different experience than the Walmarts that I have been to in California. Atchison, Kansas Walmart, you ROCK!!!

THE LATEST BAD EXPERIENCE HERE WAS I SPENT CLOSE TO $150.00 ON A TEMPORARY NEW AIR BED AND LESS THAN 30 DAYS LATER A HUGE AIR BUBBLE APPEARED LIKE A BUSTED BELT ON A CAR TIRE.THE STORE MANAGER CALLED ME AND OFFERED 50 DOLLARS GIFT CARD OFF IF I BOUGHT A NEW FULL BED THERE! I INFORMED HIM TO JUST TAKE THOSE OTHER AIR MATTRESSES OFF THE SHELF SO NO OTHER UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS WILL LOSE OUT, THE WAY I DID. I SHOOK MY HEAD IN DISGUST AND DECLINED TO ACCEPT THE 50 DOLLAR GIFT CARD TOWARD THE PRICE OF A NEW BED, BOXSPRING, FRAME AND HEADBOARD! 😞😞😞PHOTO OF AIRBED COMING UP!!

If you plan to go here before 10:00 AM...DON'T. You'll be waiting in the checkout line for nearly 30 minutes. Each time I've gone to this Walmart, they have had only one checkout lane open, and neither of the self-checkout sections are available. So frustrating when you're trying to run in and grab a few quick items, and then can't check out in a timely manner. Why on earth do they not open the self checkouts?! Terrible customer service.

These donuts rang up at 2.98 I had to have the clerk change the price. Tired of them marking prices on the isle then at check out it's a higher price. I calculate the total so I know when I get up there to check out. I know what it is. I still have $3.00 I haven't found yet. I will be writing prices on all my items cuz I'm sick of this it's not a lot of money, it's the principal. but hell no I'm not going to allow them to rip me off. Also contacting corporate sure It won't make a difference but still doing it. This is BS....😠

They are selling biologically engineered food and it isn't listed in the ingredients. Takes a lot more time when you have to read the entire label to find hidden ingredients. Staff is good if you can find an associate when you need one.

I have learned how to order online, and pick it up. I can have someone pick up my stuff for me and bring it to me. ( I don't drive). When I've gone a long, the process was smooth and simple. I love it!

The staff is great. The flowers I bought were great but there was no check out in the garden area so I had to go all the way through the store. Just an inconvenience for me. All the staff was kind and spoke.

They are constantly out of many Great Value products and they have stocked the name brand in the Great Value price slot. (The price is large & easy to read, the brand is much smaller print - customers shouldn't have to check the fine print on their shelf pricing - that's what quality control and managers should be doing.)There are also quite a few groceries without a price on the shelf.

Store was very busy as usual. Only one person check out open. I am a senior citizen and bought 98 dollars worth of groceries. Too much to self checkout after waiting ten minutes and line growing behind me some kind soul who was waiting behind me went to customer service and asked if another lane could be opened. 3 people at customer service no customers there and the person said we don't have anyone. Then someone else went over and asked why one of them couldn't help. Reluctantly a young man and opened another lane. And by his attitude he did not like it! I would really like to know what is going on with store.This is not the first-time this has happened. I was definitely not the only one upset.

Receipt checkers are INSANEThis walmart is notorious for them and it's gotten to the point where I dread shopping there.Last time I went I was on my way out when the man standing next to the door said, "do you have a receipt". I said "No I don't, have a good day" and he got ENRAGED. He immediately got so mad and practically yelled "That's not how it works", I said "IT does" and he not only raised his voice and shouted "Yes actually it does" but he stepped out AND TRIED TO BLOCK MY WAY OUT.This is absolutely unacceptable and he is going to get himself hurt if he does that to the wrong person. The self checkout literally gives you the option to either get an email receipt or to not get one at all. Walmart needs to get a handle on their employees and place one there that doesn't respond to rejection with aggression.The other receipt checker that I frequently see there is an old woman who will loudly demand that you STAND IN A LINE on the way out if she is checking someone else. I've seen long lines of people standing to get it checked and that's just insane to me.This walmart has a better selection than the walmart near my home but like I said I absolutely dread coming here. All I had was a couple bags of cat litter THAT I PAID FOR and it turned into a big scene when the employee through a hissy fit.Good store with terribly aggressive employees.

I no longer go inside due to self checkout. But the employees for pick up are top notch. Always friendly and they work hard. I just wish Walmart treated their employees better. Walmart should have an awning or something but over the pick-up line, and let employees accept tips.

I mostly do pick up.now, because the check out lines are long and not many of the self checkout are open I don't like self checkout, anyways. I'm very pleased with the employees who bring out my items. It's sinful that Walmart doesn't have some sort of awning for pick up, it would have to help on hot, or rainy days. They REALLY DON'T CARE about their employees. And that's sad because they work hard for that money.

More people need to be checking customers out at registers, instead of shopping for lazy ppl! And the checking at the door stopping everyone to check out to make sure everything is paid for is nuts! Run a dang register and yall won't have to worry about who paid and who's stealing!

First time ordering groceries online to be picked up. Love this convenience so much as it's getting harder and harder for me to do much walking on those concrete floors.Things went so smoothly, although there was about a 15 minute wait - a lot of people take advantage of this service. Brian brought my order to me. He was very friendly, quickly explained things since this was new to me. Placed my items in the back of my car with care, wished me a good day and I was on my way. Thank you Brian, I appreciate your attention to detail, I love that you seem to enjoy what you do, a kind attitude is a day-brightener for everyone! I will definitely use this service again even if it does mean 90 minute drive. Sure wish my local store would incorporate this service...!

Typical Walmart! Has many many aisles. We walked all around and found the things we wanted to purchase. One star off for only having one manned check out lane, and it was the cigarette lane, YUCK! We had to use self check out. My only question is what amount of pay do I get for checking myself out? I think it is time for self checkers to unionize and demand better wages, and days off! Otherwise as I said just a typical Walmart.
