Pharmacy hours change often and without any notice, making it hard for people who work to pick up their medications. Now closed for the weekends. This is out of control, if you can't staff the store, then close it.

I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful by Brenda. Not sure when she became a pharmacist last I knew she was a text. Brenda is the rudest staff member there and they should really think about getting rid of her since most of the comments on her pertain to her work ethics.

Khyber the pharmacist told me I couldn't pick up medicine that my doctor prescribed me like he was my doctor or something he also was very disrespectful lied tried saying my doctor said stuff she didn't say after I just had surgery so I had to sit in pain until I can get ahold of her the next day

This CVS is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and it's easy to get in and out quickly. So glad we have it in town!

This is the WORST pharmacy I've dealt with! And the second time to have major bad experience with CVS Atchison!! Drove by to pick up a new Rx and paid what I was thinking my new medicine but I didn't realized they put it another old Rx that was autofilled long time ago which I didn't need without asking me if I still wanted it. I got charged unnecessarily and when I called them for that mistake they were adamant that it only happens once a year and refused to refund saying they're not supposed to ask me for the name of the medicine I'm picking up or paying for because it's HIPPA violation. How is it a HIPPA issue when I'm the patient and I'm supposed to know what medicines I'm on???

Very frustrating when you have Rx notifications or pending medicines. Staff are very inconsistent and they seem uninterested and some are too lazy to assist at times. My daughter has been without Epipen since the national shortage last year. I finally drove by early last week and was told it was still back ordered. However, the staff “checked” the status and told me it’s available in the morning and I should receive a notification, which I did. But when we went back to get it, there was no Epipen. I was told to ask Kex if they have one and they can send the script to them (instead of asking it themselves since they had me waiting for months already).Today, I called Kex, they said they have it available and I asked if they can call CVS and have my script transferred. I was told I have to call CVS and have them send it to Kex. So I called CVS and ask them to send my Epipen script to Kex and the CVS staff told me I had to call Kex ask to them fot Script. I finally complained about how I already called and asked and now she was telling me same thing. So she finally asked for my daughter information for verification so she can send my script but she asked me to give her Kex phone number so she can cal them. Wow!!!!!!!! She wont even look it up in their phone list. What a shameful customer service!!

Why is your cimpcom trying to kill people or is it drumming up more business for youselves. I tryed to buy needles I need for my migraine medicine I have never had a problem getting till now. Didn't you all figureout that's how AIDS and other deadly diseases were spead so badly and quickly. So you need to exspexp yourself. Do you not care if your actions kill people. What if your child uses the bathroom after onr of these people and they catch one if these diseases. Will you care then. Now I have to go home dog dn my trash to find a used dirty needle. Thanks for putting my life at risk. I will be contacting the health department and the news in every state a CVS pharmacy is located to make sure what youryo doing here and make you answer to it. Thank you for kill good people. Live with that on your mind. You better carry disinfectant every where you go. Bubble time good luck

Good luck getting your adderall prescription filled here if you goto college at BC! Every single time there’s some excuse to not give it to me when I need it. Also, they couldn’t get my seizure medicine and I had to goto the ER for withdrawals and sleep paralysis. I then had to pay $50 for 5 pills which only lasted 2 days because my insurance. When someone is dying, they need helped out. Clearly Obama didn’t accomplish anything regarding this horrible and corrupt American health care system.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.The wait times on the phone are outrageous, and when someone does answer they put you right back on hold, and then a lady named Brenda refused to answer my question and hung up on me.I went in to this pharmacy as well and received equally poor service. If you are looking for a pharmacy that just doesn't care about you, visit this one!

Went to fill my prescription and the lady told me she couldn't fill it until 2 days before my other prescription was up so I went to another pharmacy and they filled it the very same day and it was $3.00 cheaper.The lady was unfriendly about it also she acted like i was doing something wrong.I will never go back to this pharmacy.I suggest to anyone to find another pharmacy if at all posible.

Nothing but good experience I get that some may have bad well that's life it's not all roses without the thorns when you need a perscription filled fast they are there mistakes do happen everywhere
