I had several bad expenses starting with my first in office visit. Nancy, receptionist, told me they could do services I made almost an hour drive one way to the location only to find out from the veterinarian that they do not do microchip on pups that age. The young veterinarian was friendly and thoroughly. Once the doctor’s portion of the appointment was over Nancy, the receptionist, tells me her internet was down and she would email me a receipt. Never got it.Second doctors visit for second round of three shots - My poor customer service EXPERIENCE with NANCY… after service I went to counter to pay my bill. The only people in this part of the office is Nancy, my husband, myself and our pups. NO ONE else. Let that sink in.Nancy tells me the bill for that day’s service was $116. I extended my credit card to her and then one of her co workers comes from the back and approached Nancy and initiated a conversation with her. So I pulled my credit card back because Nancy did not seem like she could chew gum and walk at the same time. I decided to be courteous even though Nancy wasn’t. I waited patiently for her and her co worker to finish their conversation. I had laid my credit card on the counter while I waited for Nancy to resume waiting on me. A few minutes later a white lady comes INTO the office from outside. I remained at the counter but decided to scoot to the right over as a courtesy. A few short minutes later I picked up my credit card from counter because now that Nancy is finished chatting with her co worker I assumed she was ready to finish up with me. Nancy looked at the white lady who had come in only a few minutes following this incident as I described. Nancy looked at the white lady and asked her if THE CREDIT CARD that I had grabbed to bring closer to me to complete my pending transaction was the white lady’s credit card. White lady said no and that she was there to make an appointment. How about Nancy scheduled the white lady’s appointment while ignoring her unfinished business with me.I was calm during this whole time. I never let her know how insulting, how piss poor her customer service was and how I felt her treatment of me was racist.When she finally got around to helping me. She took my credit card. Told me the internet was down and that she would email me my bill. I kindly told her that was same thing she said the last time and I still don’t have a receipt from my January visit. She handed me my credit card back and said nothing more. She failed to ask me if I wanted schedule my next appointment with their clinic.A couple of days later I called the office and spoke with Nancy. I asked her for the receipts that she had promised in that past that I never got. Then I asked her if I could give her some feedback from my last visit. To which she said yes. In the middle of my complaint she slammed the phone down and the call was disconnected. I called her back and she did not pick up the phone.I made the hour drive to speak with the owner. When I got there Nancy looked at me and laughed. This was just more poor behavior on top of what I had already experienced from her previously.While we accepted Dr. Shawn, the owner’s apology I will never go to that place again because of NANCY their reception. I have never had such horrible customer service experience in my life. She made it clear that she felt very comfortable at that front desk to be dismissive of me and to be insulting to me.My doctor’s visit February $116My doctor’s visit January $154I have four dogs all of which were due appointments in March to include one was going to have a hernia surgery which it in itself will be $500 alone on top of probably a $300 - $400 bill for four dogs to have shots also. I will gladly take my business somewhere else where I am not made to feel that I have to be subjected to poor customer service and racist behavior!

The Vets are excellent and very professional, but the staff behind the counter are very rude and nasty to deal with. I will look for a different Vet to take my dogs and cat to!

I was very worried about our little Chihuahua, and they agreed to see her the very next day. The Vet was very attentive and so soft-spoken with our little girl that I was very impressed. AND, there were no high-pressure dramatics to order procedures or tests that weren't necessary. He was honest and upfront. I will be taking our dogs here when we need to! Everyone in this clinic was excellent to deal with.

They were kind and diligent when I had to take my boy to get stitches. Pricing is reasonable and they look for ways to help save you money while taking car of the fur babies.

I unfortunately had to put my senior dog down. The staff showed nothing but kindness towards my dog and us during our time there. If I would have went to the other vet in town I would be spending about $100 more then what I did at cedar. I highly recommend going to Cedar.

So glad I switched to this vet! Took a cat in to have his leg amputated a year ago, staff is always so friendly even when they are busy. Kelso took his time with my pupper who was really nervous and scared. Highly recommend!!

The entire staff was very nice and very helpful with all information at time of visit, the Groomer was very knowledgeable and took the time to speak to us about our dog being groomed it was our shih tzu first time being shaved was very scared, but groomer took her time and everything turned out wonderful . The groomer also took the time to speak to us about how to brush her and get her use to the next time we our very appropriated that we were giving their information was the best veterinary and groomer that we could of asked for was blessed to have them in our dog's lifeThank you and all the staff for taking great care for our dog's. Let me first say that we've have been very happy with services here for years and with a variety of our pets. Currently, I have several ferrets. One has fallen ill and is losing weight and muscle control due to her condition. She's is need of a carnivore supplement that is prescription only and it is only found online. I have never ordered in this manner and given the urgency of the situation I wanted to do everything possible to insure there were no hiccups. I called Sat to alert the veterinarian I found the product and that a prescription request would be on its way. Now it's Thursday and my request is still needing veterinarian approval.Short story, The prescription request was sent to their "confirmed" email on Monday and again Tuesday. Wednesday, my order status is still needing Veterinarian approval! I called to confirm contact information, which was right and the phone technician assured me she would take care of it personally. Today, it is still "pending"! Called the office again to inquire and ask that it be noted to the owners of my frustration with the situation. By the end of the call, the prescription request was found on their fax machine. (Kudos to VetRxDirect for their resourcefulness and going the extra mile).I expected better. Communication and reliability on what should have been a fairly easy and straight forward service left much to be desired. I am disappointed and even more concerned about my ferret continuing to waste away.

My family and I recently had to put our cat down because he was hit by a car and injured pretty badly. They were more than kind and caring in allowing us to visit him for however long we wanted and let us be there with him until the end. The vets here do the best they can to help our sweet babies. You might see some reviews that are negative, and notice the percentage of 5 stars is high. I would ignore lower rated reviews.
