The manager Jennifer is unprofessional and rude. I went in yesterday morning to grab a fountain drink when I heard a commotion up front. A woman had asked if the chicken strips in the glass container were freshly made and the manager started screaming at her about how that was the stupidest thing she had ever heard and the woman was stupid. The woman just left after that but I can’t believe they would let a manager act like that in the store around multiple people. I asked around town that night and supposedly she acts like that all of the time and that’s why they can’t keep that place staffed. I’ll be taking my business to Casey’s now.

Was screamed at my manager Jen when I asked a question. She gave me a look that would kill. I did not buy anything, I was going to but not after that. As I was walking out door she screamed at me to have a nice day. She is rude, very loud mouthed and not neat at all. I didn't buy much there and I won't ever buy anything there again. No wonder he can't keep good help, who wants to work for that??

You would think that being the only place in town to have has and food AND deliver, you would be greeted by some pretty great people, right? Lots of business means lots of money means happy employees.However, of all my times having to go to this particular establishment because of the relative closeness, I seem to run into more rude and unsavory people than one should. I understand with a small town, everyone knows one another. That's all fine and dandy, but that shouldn't mean that anyone NOT from the area should be treated any different than a regular.I have been overlooked at the counter. The cashier took the order of the person behind me instead of me after waiting in an already busy store for 5 minutes or so. My husband was in there a few months ago, and he didn't return to the establishment due to the rudeness of the cashier. I might add my husband in black, and the reaction he got while there, he felt that played a LARGE part in the cashier's behavior. In fact, because of her "behavior", he bought nearly everything they had in their heated container while she had a busy store ready to order. I've tried placing pizza orders only to be spoken to as if I had the education of a 1st grader after asking questions to clarify correct sizes and items that came with the specials.While this store is good to have being the only place in town, if not necessary, I would suggest going further into town for your needs. I would also suggest getting new personnel who actually have proper customer service and don't talk down to their customers just because they aren't from the town.

I patronize this convenience store daily. I ordered a couple taking bake pizzas and didn't go pick him up cuz something came up and I couldn't. But because of that the new manager Jennifer she is loud and obnoxious and tells me that I cannot order food if there anymore said it wasted food when the pizzas were not cooked nothing should have been wasted she said that I had not picked up orders more than that time which is not true at all several times I paid in advance I ordered food in friend's name when I went in to pay she got extremely mad and said that because of the my friend or myself could not order food if there anymore. It's ridiculous when an emergency comes up and you can't pick up one order an a manager acts like she did yelling in front of other customers I've went into store other times an seen her treating others hateful hopefully Mike finds out how she's not a pleasant person not just to me but other customers that patronize his store!!!!

This place is disgusting, the managers are impolite, are sometimes rude to costumers. I wouldn't recommend this place what's so ever.This place also sells to minors and barely checks ID's. Their tobacco and alcohol license should be taken away!

The pizza is great here. They don't skimp on toppings. It's a bit expensive compared to other pizza joints but it's worth it since they pile on the toppings! They are fast too, and not usually super busy.

Currently sitting here going on an hour since I placed my pick up order online. They didn't even notice that they recieved the order until after I got here which was 30 minutes after I put it in. The staff has been EXTREMELY rude! The lady at the front wouldn't give me a time that it would be ready and told me it was my fault because they'll email me when to expect my order. If I hadn't come up here they wouldn't have even ever noticed it. On top of that the staff in the back are talking about it annoyed that I ordered in the first place. When someone spends $46 on food they don't deserve that type of disrespect. Very much NOT happy

Hortons has people running in and out of the kitchen area without protection and spotted several young adults or children without gloves prepare the food. The pumps are very slow, and the overall store is dirty. I hope if they read this they fix procedures and redo the store to the cleanliness of casey's or pete's. There is a lady there that is super sweet and makes our day when we come in besides that the service besides that sucks.

I live in close proximity to this place.what makes it great is it has that small Hometown feel to it it's not a corporation. The gentleman who owns it is greatly involved in his business and the pizza hands down is the greatest in the area they have a pizza called the kitchen sink.

Not the worst place ever, but it does serve its purpose. Small and cramped. You have to microwave your own "hot deli" food. The pizzas looked greasy. Tiny town with limited options means this establishment can do, or not do, whatever they desire.

Love coming in here, everyone is always nice and Horton's has great food! Ocassionally you'll have to wait in line and the younger help can be slow but it's still a great place. Best pizza around!

I've ordered from this place 3 days in a row.Huge variety, Amazing food, reasonable prices, and fast deliver.I would recommend this place to ANYONE who lives in arma.I'll sure be leaving great tips everytime I order ❤

I ordered and they told me 20 minutes I was there to get it and had to wait another 25minutes to get my order then they never got my order right. They never gave us everything we ordered. So I will (Not) be ordering there anymore!!!!!! I would like to talk to the owner.

I actually love this store but I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lack of parking, it is a very big issue! The food's great the people that work there are wonderful and friendly but parking has issues.

Best pizza in the area, they offer several menu options with delivery available . Stores are somewhat small and cluttered but the food and staff make up for it.

Good pizza good people wonderful place to eat nice clean atmosphere it's always convenient to go to Hortons to get something to eat and is subsequently they're like the only place you can get something to eat in Arma and if you would really like this review go ahead and punch the like thank you very much

Horrible experience, they canceled my order because it wouldn't be done til they close. They can't refund me and then won't answer the phone. $70 I am out due to them not knowing how to work their system.

Man! Pittsburg store dropped the ball tonight. Used to think Horton's Pizza had it gonin on. But after today's pizza probabley won't be back for awhile. Sorry but it was not good.
