I am a Micronesian, residing in Arkansas City, Kansas. I had ordered a cake for a 71st Birthday, I went in to pick it up, and NOTHING was done. They just shoulder shrugged and said there is NOTHING they can do… and carried on.. the cake was important for a birthday party!!!!!!! And this was NOT the first time they did this to me. Why do I keep going back?!!!!!! Because it’s in my neighborhood, I go to Dillons every day for just about everything. In fact, I use to work there. I asked for a manager and they also said they had none. I was so frustrated and ANGRY!!!! This store lacks moral values! No honesty, empathy, respect, compassion, and integrity! none! However, they do have the complete AUDACITY to keep promoting the store. If only I don’t have to put a star on this review because they don’t deserve it!!😭

It's a corporation. Most do what they are told as they were conditioned well. I know most of the employees that work at the Ark City Dillon. Ark City does have a Wal-Mart but I'm Against big corporation & I don't go to walmart unless I am forced too

Love this local Dillions. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. Plus this location normally has items I need in stock. If they are out the staff will happily give you a raincheck for those items.

Usually love this store. But this just visit I went in and was buying stuff for dinner when I get to the self check out there is a woman directing traffic so to speak.One line is coming from the pharmacy direction, the line I chose was coming from the produce side. I chose bc only 4 people in it.The lady is going back and forth between the lines when a machine becomes available.Then it's my time to go,. And Looks at me and skips me ok cool maybe that person was they before me.Then she does it again. And then once more. She is intentionally skipping me. I left my cart there in line and walked out. I will not be back.

I love shopping here. The store is always clean and everything is still in the same place every time. The staff is helpful and friendly as well as do their jobs efficiently. The quality produce and groceries at reasonable prices as well have a really great selection. Our checker, no matter who, is always nice and talks to my children.We drive over 30 miles to go to this store.

I love shopping here, however the isles are pretty narrow, and most importantly when checking out between 2:30pm and 6:30pm there will be only 1 cashier if your lucky they might call someone up to express to help. The lines will be backed up down all the nearby isles and to the Pharmacy and the Floral Dept!! Uuugghh besides that staff's nice and friendly.

This location has shorten hours and may be closed for it associates to take an hour lunch. They post this in their door window. Overall if you can naked it there when they are open it's 5 stars.

The only reason I didn't give the store five stars is because they were out of or do not carry at least half of my shopping list. Otherwise, the food and employees were just as great as always.

Super friendly staff as well as an array of freshest ingredients in town. If you are a bargain saver this is the place to shop. They check the expiration dates on all materials and mark them down to sell quickly. I recommend this grocery store to all who live in or shop Ark City.

People can complain about this store all day long, but you don’t find better retail workers than this. They’re all quick at getting people through their lines, the store is clean... no complaints.. except toward other people complaining about the workers. These workers are all about as human as they come. Get over yourselves.

The store is always clean and the staff is always very helpful in friendly. I come here for all my groceries out of any of the other places in town. Their healthy food section is very impressive as well.

Amber delivered my groceries yesterday. She was exceptionally nice, professional and definitely has the personality for her job. I don't intend on using the delivery service on a regular basis but due to a health situation Amber and your delivery service was a Godsend! Thank you all so much 😁.

Largest selection of quality ingredients in Ark City. Produce much fresher than the competition. Using their app can save you lots. Excellent selection of vegetarian/vegan & gluten-free foods, considering the size of the town.

The people working there are really friendly but I remember Dillons prior to the card. You don't really save any money by using it - it's a marketing gadget for Dillions which they force you to carry and use another plastic card or pay their ransom. I miss Country Mart.

This is a superbly ran Dillons store. They have a large selection of produce which is very fresh. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is easy to enter and easy to exit.

Well I had been thru walmart over and over looking at all the options for the Ketogenic diet and it was rather boring. I decided to take a look at Dillons and wow.. they had so much to offer in this area and their produce selection with premade cut vegetable dishes was fantastic. They made my shopping and transition so easy. Forever shopping at Dillons now.
