I generally have a good experience when I’ve shopped at this store; however, I recently rented a U-Haul truck from this location, and the experience was below average. Although the ladies behind the counter were very polite and courteous, an employee named Charlie was extremely rude and unkind. He seemed visibly upset that I was renting a U-Haul and verbally accosted me when asking me to clarify the difference between the dolley I needed: furniture or appliance. Not only did he raise his voice and act extremely confrontational, but also when he brought the U-Haul around to the front of the store, he threw the keys at me on the counter and walked away.Because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping at this location.

Woodard mercantile is an access point for UPS. They lost my package after they checked it in and refused to do anything about it. The lady admitted to losing it and then just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry there's nothing I can do.

I was greeted graciously and received immediate help with the associate to find the product I was seeking. Since I was in the store, I was browsing and was impressed with the variety of merchandise they offered. I recommend shopping there for children toys, all animal foods, kitchen ware and supplies, all kinds of gardening needs, and so much more. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable too. Please check them out, you will not regret visiting them. I had a very good experience during my visit, looking forward to do more shopping there.

Awesome! Love all their metal landscaping decor especially! I like they carry dog food with no by-products and all kinds of pet equipment, treats and healthcare products. BBQ grills, porch swings, chimineas...it's endless. Best of all their sales people are friendly & know their products. Great place to go for unique gifts.

They are always friendly and helpful. They have always had our Mazuri 6F rat food in stock. Once we agreed to take a broken bag at discount, they couldn't find it but without our even asking they gave us the broken bag price for our whole bag. I don't know if that is always their policy but it was a very neighborly gesture.

Best place to go for your Traeger wood pellets. You buy three bags and get the fourth for free- best deal in town. Easy pickup and they also have plenty of grilling and outdoor equipment.

Their staff is always helpful & incredibly nice. I actually look forward to going their because of them. They don't rush you in & out of the store, but instead they ensure all your questions are answered. It reminds me of an old fashioned small town store, which is a huge compliment.The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their Traeger grill products (especially pellets & seasoning rubs) are pretty pricey but I'm assuming that Traeger sets them high, so it's probably more of a Traeger issue than Woodard Mercantile's.I highly recommend giving them a try.

Cute Shop, great metalware signs for your patio, Cabana, man cave, lake or where ever.. I'm sure it's here!! They also have trailers, sheds and garden items. And that's just on the outside.. Come take a look!

So sweet and friendly. The owner went out of her way to help me with finding the right goat feed and alfalfa grass to feed my goat kids. A girl, whos name unfortunately escapes me, was also extremely helpful in finding the right chicken products. They even gave me great ideas, like lifting my waterers off the bottom of their brooder trough with a saucer! The boys in the warehouse made it a point to do the hard work, and they made my dog Zeke and I feel so welcome. He's just a few months old, so he's kind of wiley. They never once made me feel like he was a burden, even after he roamed the store at my side after chewing through his leash. Every experience has been exceedingly positive, informative, and absolutely enjoyable.
