Everyone that works there deserves raises. If I could rate more than 10 I'd rate a trillion stars, I love that place so much

Called to verify a plumbing part for one of my customers before driving over 30 miles and they confirmed and said it was here and In stock. I made sure to verify it was on shelf with the SKU Number and it was confirmed by a lady. Told my customer I could get the part just had to drive 30 miles. When I got here could not find it asked the staff they act like I called the wrong store until I showed the number and gave them the name. But no one could take fault or find a part. Very frustrating now I have to drive back and explain to my customer why I can complete the job. Very in professional. Just wish “the lady” (not going to mention names) would of actually checked the section to see the part instead of most likely going of the computer. I normally don’t get mad but I’m not sure what to tell my customer that chose us to help and not meeting the quality we provide.

Super helpful staff. They usually ask me what I'm looking for as I walk through the door. I'd love to provide another star when they start asking customers to wear masks. Only once in a while do I resort to a big box store to find something more obscure.

The positives: The staff is helpful and friendly. This store is one of the best places for hardware, have hard to find bolts and screws.The negatives: Almost everything in the store is priced like the movie theater snack bar, be prepared to pay up. Some items are double, or triple the price you'd pay elsewhere. The negative, the store does not carry a large variety of most things.Ace's niche is that they have hardware and products close to your neighborhood, it's more convenient than driving to the big home improvement stores if you only need a few items.

There was a mistake made on my pick up order. When I got home (20 minutes away) I realized I had been given the wrong item. Trenton at Ace Hardware took my call and offered to drive the correct purchased item to my home. He spent his time to hand deliver it AND the item he brought me was more expensive (he did not charge me for the difference.) I am very impressed with the excellent customer service. I wished everywhere I shopped was this excellent. The world would be a better place. Thank you Trenton!

Went here to get a key for my padlock made...they didn't have any keys but recommended near by places. I was in Kansas for work and while I have Google it's nice to be able to get help from people in the area. Definitely appreciate the helpful staff

When I walked into the store there were 3 kids running checkouts. I asked for a couple keys made. One boy started to make them but quickly saw a buddy walk in and handed them off to the other boy. The first young man and his buddy stood there in the main aisle talking about a current wreck in front of the store. Meanwhile, my keys were handed off to the third register person to ring up and complete. I'm just confused as to why no one there had the ability to complete my simple transaction on their own.

Great neighborhood hardware store. I am amazed almost every trip to this store how knowledgeable; even the young helpers are. I can ask where something is as I come in and without hesitation, I am informed of which isle and where on the aisle it's located! Good luck even finding an associate in a big box store!

Generous return policy. Just keep your receipt. I was just going in for one item, but I get the feeling that browsing there is frowned upon. Would like to have spent a few minutes to look around.

This store was unable to retrieve my ACE number that I have had for years. I live 10 miles away and can use my number at every store I have visited in multiple States but here my number is no good.I mentioned how incredible that is and was offered to signup for yet another card. I just wanted to get some trash bags without going to Walmart but was unsuccessful.It would have been within the employees ability to make it right but I was allowed to walk out without making a purchase.I won't be back, thanks.
