Brian was hands down the best service man we’ve had come to our home for any reason. He was responsive when we called, showed up immediately and it wasn’t even an emergency - just a service call. He fixed both of our gas fire places at a fair price and did it in under an hour. He cleaned everything and left it better and cleaner than before. The best part was the conversation. Brian was very helpful when I called him after attempting to move my fireplace down on my own. I didn’t realize sourcing the materials would be such a chore. When he couldn’t get what he needed for me quickly, he led me in the right direction for me to do it myself I really appreciate that because I called several people and he was the only one that was even willing to help me, everyone else didn’t want to deal with it because it was a small job. I tried to offer him payment and he refused, but I will definitely send him more business in the future. I’m a small business owner and I appreciate everyone’s time so the fact that he was so willing Says a lot about him and his company.

I was referred to this company by a family member. Solid company. Good communication leading up to the appointment. When they arrived, they went straight to work investigating and fixing the issue. For my fireplace issue, they were in and out within 30 minutes, while still providing a detailed report of what they did. Friendly people who genuinely enjoys and loves their job. Fair price. Brian was fantastic! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very quick. We needed multiple parts of our pilot system to be replaced and he makes a point to carry a lot of parts with him so he can get customers completely serviced in one trip. Highly recommend!

If I could leave 6 stars I would! I called two other companies when our fireplace quit working and they never even called me back. He fit us in as soon as his schedule allowed and we are currently enjoying a cozy fireplace on this beautiful snowy day of almost 6 inches! I didn't realize how dirty the glass was and it looks fantastic now! You have a customer for life, thank you!

We highly recommend Brian. Unlike others in town, Brian worked with us to help determine what replacement part we needed for our gas fireplace. Once the part came in, Brian scheduled us for the next day. Brian gave us a time window for when he would arrive and arrived during it. We will be using Brian from now on!

Wow! Very impressed with this company! I don’t often do reviews. However this time around I feel the need to do one. I’ve called many different people out to take care of our fireplaces and encountered many problems ranging from lack of customer service to being very over pricey to taking a long time to respond. Well not this company. They are top notch. Katie did a wonderful job and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Thee Fireplace Guys came and fixed my gas fireplace when I couldn't. I had purchased and installed the wrong size pilot and it just wouldn't work, no matter what I did. Within minutes of starting the inspection, his vast knowledge was tested and he found my mistake. ( I installed a propane pilot) Within an hour - my unit was back together and working fantastic! Very professional and honest company.Not only did my unit get fixed at a very affordable price, but the technician went beyond my expectations and cleaned the inside and outside of the fireplace, repainted the walls with high temp paint, inspected for leaks, and recommended a self install blower that doubled my heat output. These guys are amazing! My living room is much more cozy now, just in time for winter.My hat is off to these guys. I trust them to come back and do any work I may need in the future, and that's hard to earn from me.

HIGHLY recommend Thee Fireplace Guys! They were able to fit me in and work around my schedule. Very professional when they came out and fixed the issue as well as cleaned up my gas fireplace insert. Prices were very reasonable for the work they did. My wall switch to turn on the fireplace stopped working a couple days later and I called and they were able to come out right away to fix the issue (turned out to be very simple) but they stand by their guarantee! Can't say enough good things about this company!

This team is amazing!! They came out to check our gas fireplace in our new-to-us house and found 4 gas leaks and fixed them all! Plus we had a ridiculous switch at ground level to turn on the fireplace which was not great for a house with kids, so they disconnected that and got us a remote instead! Plus it was all super affordable!We then had them back out this summer to complete full cleaning and inspections on our fireplaces and we were wowed with the results!! They confirmed we still no longer have gas leaks, and we discovered that the backdrop in one of our fireplaces was a faux brick design. We had never seen it before! 😳😆Plus they warranty what they work on. They are knowledgeable, kind, and honest. We are loyal customers for life now. Use them, you won’t be disappointed!

Brian did a great job on both of my fireplaces. Initially I called Warming Trends…I couldn’t even get them to return my call. I don’t know how they stay in business treating customers like that. The Fireplace Guys are on time and very professional. He told me what he was going to do and he is VERY knowledgeable. They’re also very reasonable. Brian is easy to talk to and friendly. Brian did an AMAZING job. He and his female partner, showed up EARLY and got to work on our fireplaces that hadn’t been maintained. They worked for at least three hours, very detail oriented. We cannot believe the difference in the fireplaces. No weird smell anymore, it’s so quite, and both fireplaces are just beautiful now. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Amazing work for the money.

Brian actually showed up early for our appointment and got right into checking the fireplace. First time with a gas fireplace so was glad we got instructions on how to safely light and use it. There wasn't anything wrong he said just a little clean up and rearrange ceramic logs, added new sand and fiber for ash glow. He talked us thru what he was doing and was curious about our snake. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a repair. Thank you Fireplace Guys!

Carter not only fixed our fireplace, but also cleaned and performed some minor maintenance. All the while explaining what he was doing. I’ve never owned a gas fireplace before so the information he shared was very helpful. He also made recommendations on how to get a better flame.
