I took my 4 (yes 4) fur babies all on the same day to the newly opened Tailored Tails Luxury Pet Spa & they handled them all beautifully! They were welcoming, kind, & did an AMAZING job with my doodle (one of the BEST grooms I have EVER had) & 3 shih tzus! The shop feels open & animal friendly & Eryn & Kat add to the ambiance & atmosphere! I’ll definitely be returning!

The most compassionate groomers I have encountered. I have an older golden retriever and I wouldn’t take him to anyone else. A luxury spa for fur babies!1/8/2024 Stellar job once again today! Happy New Year to the happiest golden retriever ever! They take such great care of older doggies!

I take my 3 Westies to Tailored Tails and they just love all the attention and care this team gives them. Highly suggest taking your fur babies here! Forgive the back porch pictures but their cuts match their personalities spot on! Won't take them anywhere else 💖 Cat was my groomer

I had an exceptional experience getting my husky professionally groomed for the first time. The staff were not only compassionate but also great listeners, ensuring they understood my concerns. What a wonderful experience!!My older dog is pretty nervous, but she is so comfortable with Eryn! She doesn't tremble and is happy to see her favorite groomer! For the mom of an abused rescue, it is so heartwarming to see my dog be happy going into and coming out of Tailored Tails.This is a new business and they are a welcome to Andover!I HIGHLY recommend!!!

If you want top quality, experienced grooming professionals who care for your animals as much as you do, Tailored Tales is the place to go! I brought them my cat who is usually very anxious about getting groomed, but Cat made sure to take extra care with him to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, my cat was finished in great time and his coat looks and feels AMAZING! I can’t recommend Tailored Tails enough and will absolutely keep bringing him in.

I took my pup to Tailored Tails Luxury Pet Spa today and Erin did an INCREDIBLE job! He was in and out in two hours and she did exactly what I wanted! My poor Aussie has been sheered like a sheep by many incompetent groomers, but Erin knew exactly what to do with him! She was patient, kind, and communicative! I’d give 10 ⭐️ if I could! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Eryn and the team at Tailored Tails are phenomenal!!!!! Eryn has been my dog’s groomer for over 2 years. I tried one time to get their nails trimmed some where else and will not make that mistake again. They truly care for the pets in their care as if the animal was their own!
