The worst dollar tree possible to go to. The SM Amanda is extremely rude, racist and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice when I called to discuss an issue of them over charging me. This dollar tree will overcharge you and do nothing about it. I had to call and make a police report against them for theft.

I am very disappointed, I am a disabled woman, went in this store, walked around for about an 15 min. I was wearing an eye patch making vision poor. After not being able to find what I was looking for I asked one of the few people that were supposed to be working there and he huffed and said it is on aisle 5 at the end and walked away. He did not offer to guide me. After another 5 min I saw him again and again asked for assistance, he was stalking shelves and said he could not leave his supplies at which time he said he would get someone and left.huh, he left his supplies! No one ever cane to help. Not going back there.

Went to check out with numerous items, only to be told we no longer have bags. No signs on the front of the store to let customers know.It's great they are helping the environment, but what about helping your customers out by letting them know?????Horrible customer service by management. The cashier was nice & polite despite having customers get mad at her because of the no bag rule.Come on management....

Went in to get balloons for my daughter's birthday. The lady at the front end was very helpful in pulling balloons that'd fit the occasion. Made it easy!

The male manager or assistant manager has zero customer service skills. He speaks in a monotone voice and seemed irritated when I asked him where an item in his store was. He has been rude and unapprochable the last 5 visits. I have spoken to other shoppers regarding him and they share this opinion. When I see him now I either leave the store or try to avoid him. I really love having this store here in our town. ALL of the other employees are amazing. Even the other management guy. He goes above and beyond! Why do you keep this person at your store? I really hope this is read and taken seriously. He is not doing your company and ecspecially your store any good behaving this way. This is my FIRST ever Google review and first negative online review period. That's how upset he made me. This evening while other customers were finishing up....he refused me service. Yes it was 9 pm. My fault on that part....all I needed was a bag of coffee. One item. I left your store upset again. The customers in the parking lot said he was unpleasant as well. Maybe he could watch a few customer service videos or go through training again? I can honestly say there are other employees in this store that would do a much better job. 😉

Nice size store. Clean too. Shelves were stocked pretty well. The employees were very nice & helpful as well. Really liked this store. Will definitely be going back.

Andover LOCATION does not have enough stock. WAS TOLD They only get 150 hrs week for every employee to ring up and stock. They are not fast at checking out like the other stores, the management can ring up bulk items, but employees have to ring up each item even if its identical. Only 1 register open even if there is a line back through the isles. The staff could be ultra friendly but they are not, you can tell its draining them. NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS before we loose this store! There is a post on door looking for all positions including management

They had zero carts available. I saw 2 maybe 3 carts in the entire store.When I asked if they had any carts, the cashier shrugged her shoulders and said "No, we are fresh out of carts."Have you ever tried to carry a 7 month old through the store and actually be able to get anything?

Got a new micro USB charger today. With tax $1.25 is now $1.36! I was a penny short but she took care of it. Thanks for saving me a trip back to the car!

Staff that I have dealt with don't seem to want to work there. They have long lines and won't bring up another cashier. They don't stick to their posted hours either. We went there at 8:45 pm and they had already locked the doors. They wouldn't let us in. They are not customer oriented.

Closed by 7 on a Tuesday. You guys need to update hours online for people to not drive all the way over there. 5 other people pulled up in the time I parked.

Came in on Sunday after checking online hours. Drove ten miles only to find out they weren’t open, even when the sign said they were open. Next time, I’ll just call.

The last few times I've been in the Dollar Tree I've had to ask for the Nestle water .I'm not sure why they arent keeping the shelves stocked anymore. They have it in front of store at the windows where you have to move shelving to get to it. I won't be doing that anymore......
