Absolutely horrible experience with this pharmacy. I have been filling my medicine here for over three years without any issues. On Thursday I fell and broke my leg completely and half, after leaving the doctors office and going home having my doctor call in a prescription for pain medicine to them my wife went up there to fill the prescription two hours later. Doctor called in the prescription at noon when my wife arrived they told her they did not have the prescription and could not fill it was not able to give me the generic version of this medicine Without doctor permission. although that was a lie my doctor did not write it for any particular brand. My doctors office had already closed for the day so it was very hard to get a hold of them to get them to call the pharmacy to tell them to fill prescription. The original prescription was called in at noon and I did not get my generic prescription until 730 that night I laid in excruciating pain waiting for no reason. The older gray haired lady that works there at the pharmacy completely treated me like I was a drug addict was very rude to me and hung up on me. She was upset and did not feel that I needed the pain medicine although it was ordered by the doctor for my broken leg. I have never been treated like this before and And will not stop until I find this lady’s name and her manager.

Made appointments online for myself and my partner's vaccines. Went to the store and was in and out in 20 min. Quick and relatively painless LOL.

Dillons told me by recorded voice message my prescriptions were ready. The 3rd time they called I drove the 10 miles from here in the country to pick them up. I'm recovering from major heart surgery, the trip wasn't easy. I get there and they have only one prescription ready. They tell me my diuretic will be ready in an hour. I was in oxygen from the surgery, 5 hours on a heart lung machine is hard on the lungs. I didn't have the energy to go inside or to wait outside in my car for an hour. I needed to go home and rest.So once home I took the diuretics I was given before surgery. I dont know if they are the same as the new ones. Along comes Christmas, New Year, bad weather, my son slipping on ice and having his hip replaced and a rod in his femor; Before I knew it my old diuretics were gone.Here it is Sunday morning. My stomach is swollen with water retention, taking up my lungs' space. I'm having a hard time breathing. I hate you Dillons. You should deliver this prescription to me at no cost. I'm giving them 2 stars because the staff was polite. But at this point I really don't know if I should.

Called and was told the prescription would be ready in an hour. Go to pick it up an hour later and was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Pull back up to the drive though 30+ minutes later and was told to circle around for another 20 minutes.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Called in a prescription for 30 pills Tuesday @ 7am. Thursday @ 6pm was told it wasn't ready yet after waiting in line nearly an hour! Then the pharmacist got snippy with me when I complained because they are short handed. They have had weeks to hire more people! Offer a decent wage and treat people properly and maybe you will solve your labor issue!

I have always used a pharmacy in Wichita because it was close to work, but when I changed jobs I decided to transfer my prescriptions to the Andover Dillons because I could stop on my way home (in Augusta) when I do my grocery shopping. First time trying to pick up my prescription I wait 30 min in the pick up line and they tell me they can't fill it because they haven't heard back from my Dr. about what dosage to give me. It had been a week at this point so I call my Dr., pretty angry about the situation. Turns out, my Dr. HAD contacted them. The pharmacist REFUSED to fill my prescription at the dose my DOCTOR had prescribed to me and stated that I needed to be on a lower dosage for at least 30 days before he/she would fill it how my Dr. prescribed. I HAVE BEEN ON THIS MEDICATION FOR 3 YEARS at the dosage my Dr. prescribed. I called to speak with the pharmacist to explain this and ask why he/she wouldn't fill the prescription and they wouldn't call me back. I'm not quite sure what makes them think they know more about my health than my DOCTOR does, but I'm here to remind them that pharmacists FILL prescriptions, not prescribe them because THEY ARE NOT A DOCTOR. Will not be returning to this pharmacy for any of my prescriptions and have transferred them to the Walmart in Augusta where I will also be doing all of my grocery shopping now. I'm not going to make an extra stop simply because this pharmacist thinks he/she is more qualified than they are.

Customer service is horrible!Monday doctor send them our script. Tuesday i swing by to get it, they tell me a tech has to make a phone call and it will be ready the next day. Wednesday i go back by, i get told they need a doctor's release, i tell them, the doctor perscribed it. I got my doctor to send a release. They then say insurance has to call. Then they will order it. Oh if they dont call thursday, they dont order on friday. Thursday was told we didn't get anything, maybe Monday.Rhey also dont tell tou when meds arw not in and they have to orser them and could take a week. My son needed meds and they said we have to orser it, it will be readybin a week. I had to call doctor and get a paper script to go elswherw.Avoid unless is is a simple medication

HORRIBLE! I have had problems before with this pharmacy but I wanted to give them another chance. I SHOULDN'T have! My script was sent in at 11am, I called at 5:30pm to make sure it was ready. They told me it will be ready in a hour…. Showed up at 6:30pm again told me I had to wait another hour. Left the store frustrated and not even 5 mins later they called and said I can’t even get my prescription even though I have gotten it there multiple times before. Stay clear of this pharmacy!

1 star may be too many. I've waited to get my prescription that I get on a monthly basis (apparently on auto-refill) for 20-30 minutes every time. I consistently asked for them to make sure I had auto-refill. They would tell me I did, and I would have the same problem the following month. Today, I waited for 1 1/2 hours because the pharmacist decided that I wanted the generic version of my prescription, when I had explicitly told them from the beginning (about 3 months ago) that I did not want the generic version. I had never gotten it before. Their system clearly is off. They need to figure something out.

Please read before submitting prescriptions to this pharmacy. Every time I fill here I get a "too soon to fill" notification(COMPLETE BS!) The "PHARMACY MANAGER" at this location has put a rule (of his own creation) into place that states if your doctor writes 30days 60days or 90 days on your scripts they will not fill until the EXACT 30,60,90 DAYS. Legal regulations state we are allowed to fill controlled substances 2 days early! Been going here for a long time and no one felt the need to tell me this was an in house rule only!? Seriously MR.Manager?? We should never have to run out of a medication completely before filling. Especially considering anyone with the same meds and no timeline in it's description can fill there's 2 days early like everyone else.P.s. Mr.Manager (GO FUçk yourself)

Horrible Horrible Horrible wait time. Never changes Doesn’t even deserve the one star rating. …….Well 2 weeks later and it is worse than ever. No employees so they just close the drive through lane. If Kroger’s (Dillons) were not so cheap they would pay more and attract many good employees. Employers say no one wants to work anymore and that is partially true. But to get decent employees a Company must pay decent wages.

They are understaffed (like a lot of places), so sadly they've stopped their drive-thru service.Overall I've had a good experience here, and for someone like me who does not currently have prescription insurance, they are the lowest-priced pharmacy with a GoodRx card.

This place has the WORST costumer service. Always super busy. Wait is super long. I called in a prescription that I had been on for a year & one day came in to pick it up after calling it in & they told me it was on back order & they didn’t have it. Even though I called & they told me it would be ready in 30 mins. Second bad experience I was in the drive thru and they told me my prescription wouldn’t fit in the vent & that I’d have to come inside to get it. After I waited in line for 30+ minutes.

Same as many people here, didn't have prescription, didn't let me know or the eye doctor so by the time I got there my eye doc was gone for the day because it was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday to get one filled at Walgreens on Webb. In and out of there in 10mins (will use from now on). 2 days with an infected scratch on my eye was brutal, Iwould hate to be someone with serious medications have these type of issues. Someone needs to really look into this place.

3rd time is a charm! Went inside, they said 20 minutes (I read the reviews so knew 20 wasn't accurate). So I did my shopping, went and ate, came back an hour later through the drive through. Asked if I would circle around to the back of the line because it wasn't quite ready. I did and 20 minutes later it's filled! What a joke, guess I'm switching to Walgreens like the rest of their customers

Unacceptable! Was told my medicine would be ready in 20. Went home, and came back an hour and a half later, then it was 25 more minutes. Finally someone tells me they are out of my medicine. I would have to have my doctor send it to another store since it was an escript, which would have been fine had they told me the first time I came, When the Dr was still in his office!!! They tried to blame it on power surges, but the person should have told me they were out the first time I was there. Then I could have had time to transfer it! You need to be able to depend on your pharmacy, and after today this place has proven it's ANYTHING but!! No thanks, and never again!

The wait time is not an issue, I get that you can be understaffed or just busy. The issue is the attitude of the workers (not all workers, just a few here, some are so nice) to customers who are so respectful and friendly (who have worked in customer service and understand). There is absolutely no reason to answer questions or make statements in a hateful tone like they hate their job and life. I do not ever want to come back here unless workers have a workplace training in effective communication.

TERRIBLE customer service. We have been waiting OVER an hour for a perscription that was suppose to take 30 minutes. Then they have an attitude. Not the first time either. They've had me wait 30+ minutes for an inhaler that I've called in hours prior and they tell me it will only be 15 minutes. Then telling me they dont have it at all....my family and I will be taking our perscription needs elsewhere from now on.

Insurance makes me go here. For the last year every single time my prescriptions are wrong or something is wrong. Every generic that I can pay for I send to another pharmacy. For the love of God do not use this pharmacy.

all these andover people spoiled lol i switched to this one cuz the walmart said that my scripts could take up to two days to fill. people actin like they waiting on a pizza instead of fda regulated pharmaceuticals. they do seem understaffed but that isnt the fault of the employees there i think they do their best.

Call ahead and they tell you 20 minutes, then you show up and it's going to be 20 more minutes. You tell them you called 20 minutes ago and they said the same thing, so they put you on the waiting list only to come back 5 minutes later and tell you they don't actually have the prescription in stock.

They have what my wife needs for brain cancer and are always professional and kind in filling her order with the correct quantity and doses we are blessed to have you so close to us. It is always a refreshing experience to visit your pharmacy see you tomorrow

Drive thru is closed because they are short staffed. I am going to switch to another pharmacy. If they can have an open register inside, they can have the drive thru open too. Train the employees to multitask and hustle.

They will look up and pretend you don’t exist if you go to the counter inside of the store. You must go thru the drive thru if you want service.
