The big guy who runs the service area is slow to help, when he does he's often gruff and sometimes he's unwilling to help at all. He can be down right rude. The rest of the staff seem to be more respectful and willing to provide courteous service.

I have been to this Co-Op a few times, and always seem to get just what I came for, they are very very nice and helpful, 5 star for sure.
