This was my first experience here and it was wonderful, everybody was super friendly and including Renee and cindy, who made me feel welcome and who also made me smile on my way out as she helped me load my groceries. The store is super clean, everything's super easy to find and I can't Believe how inexpensive it is, what a great place to shop for even the little things, I will definitely be back just because of the customer service. I even got to meet the owner who I was super proud to meet, what a great experience to be able to shop in a store where you can find Everything quickly and efficiently

One of the most clean, well organized and welcoming grocery stores I’ve ever been to. The staff was unbelievably warm and welcoming despite the -2° Blizzard going on right outside. The deli was wonderful and everything is well organized so it’s easy to find what you need at a glance.America needs more stores like this!

Worst place to shop. Basically a bunch of thives. They stole my milk jugs from me. I ask them if I can please get my jugs back they refused. Go anywhere else to shop. I only wish there were a smaller than a one star. Will never waste another cent here.

I asked Chris if he could get this Tyson product. It is fantastic. Chris also was able to get the nuggets. It is air fried and 75% less fat. You can find it at the end of aisle nine, left of the Velveeta. Look for it and give it a try. Thanks a lot Chris for all of that extra effort.

I've started stopping here while I'm working in Abilene. For it's size the selection is amazing. I can get Redd's Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix here, an item no longer found in Salina. The store is bright and inviting. The staff has been very cordial as well.

Nice store. We camped nearby and went to this store to stock up. We were surprised at how well the stock was stocked. We even found many gluten free items. The help was very friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite place to shop, period. Always clean , well stocked, and the service is the best. It reminds me of the grocery stores of my youth. Your groceries are bagged and taken to your vehicle. There are always new items to try.

Please tell me WHY A customer is cleaning up his own dropped mil by the cash register? I told an employee watched 3 employee walk by and watched baggers and cashier s just standing there. The quality of service and sunday workers has gone down hill over the last year!

Called customer service to let them be aware of a pack of four pork loin chops that were dated today December 29th 2002And I open them up because I immediately put meet dated on the day that I bought it into the freezer and I've never had this problem before. When I opened the pack of chops up to put them in my freezer bag the odor was very rankWhen I told the person I spoke to at customer service about this problem she did not say she was sorry or we would be glad to exchange it or refund the money for that pack of chops. The only reply I got was she would let the meat department know about it.I have always had great service at West and was really surprised to have been received in that Manor.

This place has horrible customer service. A guy named Troy almost ran over me with a cart inside the store and said "you're all right." Walked around inside for 20 minutes looking for stuff. No one asked to help. At checkout and older emploee getting off of work decided that when I was waiting to check out was a good time to have a conversation with the young lady trying to check me out. Store is fairly clean though. Selection and setup is poor. Just the employees are really bad

Countrymart is one of the best grocery stores I've ever been too. They have such a variety of groceries and prices are reasonable. The owners and staff do an outstanding job there!!!!

It seems as though the employees are constantly stalking getting in the way of shopping. The manager always seems to be in a bad mood..I give them kudos for hiring high school age kids, but their customer service skills are lacking/lazt the majority of the time...no associate seems willing to help when asked to locate merchandise. Overall though I would have to say it's a pretty good grocery store with their items stocked and more variety than the average small town grocer.
