Worst one I’ve been too yet, workers rude couldn’t understand what I was asking and I was reading from there own stuff. I won’t stop here again! Flabbergasted at how unprofessional uneducated some of these people are. The cashier was the only nice one and tried to make it better by being extra nice. Props to here.

Not as clean as the 24/7 just down the road at exit 275...and diesel is a good 35-45 cents more. They do have a good sized fenced in dog area with seating. Propane is sold out front with air/water dispenser next to it. Hardee's is attached and tire center for the big rigs is in the back corner. Food selection isn't too much and it's pricey. $2.69 for a single hot dog or other grill item and over $2.00 for any sized drink including generic bottled water, so if on a budget, hit the Dollar General one exit west that sits off the interstate. Up front for non commercial trucks are 12 pumps...so smaller than other Love's and all pumps have diesel. Men's restroom was pretty nasty for 10:30 in the morning and obviously hadn't been clean in awhile. There's probably around 4-5 RV sized parking spaces, 4 handicap parking spaces and around 26 regular parking spaces.

Pumps don't have pay at the pump. Cashiers can't tell the difference between $10 & 10 gallons. Restrooms are nasty. So dirty. They used to be worth the stop for lower gas prices but were 5¢ more than Salina.

only one woman works, the rest of the employees go back and forth to two cash registers.... the shower is not ready.... and not clean on time. out of 5 showers, 4 are not clean and people are wasting time....

For a truck stop Loves is always a five-star. Long travel day? Need a refresher? Take a shower in the cleaners showers of any Truck stop. Hungry eat at one of their fast food restaurants. Where their service is always quick & friendly.

Untrustworthy and Bias Manager. Lies, causes trouble. Needs a better manager who can handle situations on a level minded field and own up to take it when it's an employee fault that caused a situation to happen to begin with. Truckers, watch out for this spot. The Manager will definitely do you dirty.

I was driving from Ohio to Colorado and stayed the night in a Cabelas parking lot in Kansas City and needed a shower. I have never showered at a travel stop before, but will never hesitate to shower at a Love's. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the customer service was awesome. I purchased some fresh fruit and drove through the rest of Kansas. This Loves is a Diamond in the Rough. Keep up the great work Loves!

I come through here every night while on my local delivery run. Night crew is awesome! Place is always clean. Hardee's is open all night inside. Bathrooms spotless. Fuel islands always tidy. Best truck stop in any direction for miles!

Jennifer provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and very welcoming. I got stuck on the road with the brake can that had a leak, needed to be replaced. they were there in an hour and had me rolling in about 2 hours. and this was on a Sunday. they did a great job! the mechanic was very professional!

Stopped tonight at 1045 pm to get a few things for my son to take to work tomorrow. I got a salad sandwich and drink as the selection was not very good. At the register issued Alison for a fork that was clearly behind her and she replied their above tje hotdogs.I have gotten the same items numerous times and was always offered a fork at the register. Allison was extremely rude, talked to me as if I was bothering her and had terrible intentions with Me when I asked for a review page her reply was I dont know if they have one I've never heard of it. Allison was and is a terrible representation of this store.

Let me set the scene: Came in on a Friday afternoon, not crowded, employees outside having a chain smoking pow-wow. No customers in line for a shower, all showers available.I ask for a shower and they tell me there is going to be a wait… 1 hour later I’m showering. Good luck.

Been waiting for service at the tire shop and they keep delaying over & over! Girl with blue hair comes out every 5 minutes to smoke. What happened to the great workers that used to work here? These new people don't know what they are doing.

This loves had great employees, always very kind and helpful. I left my wallet there and they were very helpful in keeping it safe for the 4 days it took me to get back there and get it. Five stars for store, 1 for the shop. First time here 6 hours for fuel filters, second time 11hrs for a tire, this time got here at 4pm for some batteries. Told I could be in by 6pm. Was told at 8 would be In the Morning. Was told the mechanic was supposed to be off an hour ago as I was looking at the mechanic on duty until 11 pm sign. 🙄

Never been to a bad Loves Travel stop yet but this particular stop is exceptionally clean and has friendly cashiers (thank you Christina). Fresh coffee, hot and cold snack, and a multitude of beverages. Hardee's is also on site. Hot showers and laundry is always a plus at Loves. 05/23/22

I was so excited about how clean this store was, including the restrooms. It smelt nice as you walk in, which I think matters. All of those things a factors in deciding if I want to eat at a place. Their food warmer was full, and I chose a Beef pico taco. Hands down the best “gas station food” I’ve eaten. Good job Loves!!

I tried to get a job here, an I told the hiring manager that I'm traveling an need some work, she said yes, put in a app. So I did, an came back the next day, an she said because I not living there, she is not going to hire me. There a lying. An there prices are 2x the normal price.
