Rainbow did a fantastic job of remodeling my home after a fire. From beginning to end, doing all the contracting, taking care of paper work & even responding to an emergency gas leak so I didn't have to leave work. Construction was swift within their window of estimated time & only a few blemishes not to my liking were taken care of no questions asked. Gina, the Foreman on the project, was very kind, understanding & politely opinionated. I'm pleased with the finished project & some of her own ideas gave me a warm & cozy home to come back too. All of the other staff & contractors I can also say the same for. Thank you Rainbow for your professionalism, understanding & respect in my time of need.

I just had a tremendous experience with Rainbow International in Winterset. Our company has recommended them for clients of ours and have had great feedback also.We had just bought a house and apparently the carpets have been cleaned prior but we're still very dirty. Michael Murray came out and looked at it and claimed he could take care of it. After he was done the difference was amazing.I posted some before and after pictures.Michael was very professional and courteous. Because of his amazing work we do not have to replace the carpet yet.The price was very reasonable and I would have paid more for the tremendous service that I got.

Gina with Rainbow Restoration helped me when my dishwasher had been leaking, unknown to us and did great damage to our kitchen. When I called, she had the guys here within an hour. My insurance company hired them for water damage cleanup. They worked around my schedule and Ryan was extremely professional and went above and beyond what he needed to do. He did 2 different projects for me that he didn’t have to do. He was also honest and gave me $5 he found under my washing machine when power washing. He answered my questions and explained in detail the whole process. He was professional and friendly which is so rare in customer service anymore. The results looked great too! Highly recommend!

Michael Murray and assistant arrived on time as scheduled. They cleaned our air ducts and showed us the end results once this was completed. Also cleaned 2 dryer vents and replaced one tubing. A video and the actual debris was shown to us. Next they shampooed 3 carpeted rooms in the house. What a difference the cleaning made in their appearance. Done in a timely manner and kept us informed on their progress throughout the day. Well worth the money. Michael Murray was the tech that came to my new rental home. My carpets were in very bad shape including cleanliness as well as needing a repair. He was very professional and was genuinely concerned about making sure the carpets were as clean as possible as I have 2 little ones who will be on the floors. The cleanup team was incredible. They were courteous and thorough. They explained everything they did and made sure we understood. We wanted to use the restoration team to rebuild the damaged areas. They never called as promised. After over a week, I finally called. The gentelman was more concerned about us paying him without us receiving a bill than setting up for restoration (it had been less than 2 weeks since the cleanup guys started). He called 3 more times to ask for payment and 3 more times we asked for a bill to be sent. Needless to say, we need to now look for a restoration company and we'll never use or recommend them.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Absolutely amazing I called because my dog had an accident due to him being sick they answered right away I talk to them got it scheduled they said they would have somebody to my house within an hour they showed up within the hour ready to go he came in and explain what is going to be doing how are you and take care of it and when he was done he did a little above and beyond and did a once over on the whole thing and it came out looking as new as it did on the day it came off the showroom. I would recommend these guys to anybody and everybody that needs any kind of cleaning upholstery, mattress, carpet or anything. They do amazing work. We had rented a carpet cleaning machine a few times in the past. This was in an attempt to help lessen the effects of young children and their desire to carry as much of the outdoors indoors. Although this did help get the carpets somewhat cleaner it never made a substantial difference. After some discussion with my fiancé we decided to try a different approach. Enter the rainbow team. Wow what a great company. Showed up on time and did a great job. They look better than I ever thought they would look again. Thank you.

Our coffee shop, Mudslingers, sustained severe water and steam damage from a faulty coffee maker. The morning we discovered it at 5:00 am, My insurance agent contacted Rainbow, by 7:30, Pat and Kurt were on site. The crew worked till 9pm to get it gutted and drying! The whole process was taken care of very professionally! Kurt did an awesome job of staying on top of things and keeping me updated on progress. They had us up and running again as quick as possible. We can't say enough about how thankful we were!

I would highly recommend Rainbow International of South Central Iowa to help with ANY restoration project. Our office space of over 25-years had a messy situation with our ceiling tile. The roof had been replaced at one time and there was tar fragments all over the top of the tiles, lights, grid, etc. Whenever we had to get above the ceiling, it made a huge mess that was very difficult to clean up. Rainbow did an excellent job of removing the tiles and cleaning the grid to remove all the tar. We will definitely call them back when and if we need them again!
