Store is overcrowded with unstocked merchandise and they don't feel the need to keep the posted store hours. They are always closing at different hours so don't ever count on them being open when they should be

Still prefer this Dollar General rather then the one in my hometown but it's not as nice as it used to be. The aisles no longer make a lot of sense ( went down an aisle that had cereal, dog food, and toys) and there's too much stuff crammed onto the shelves. I think with a little bit of rearranging and facing their products the store would be a lot more inviting to shop at.

This store has pretty much everything you would need. For the most part it's kept organized. Like any other store, it has days where stuff is out of stock but the staff is very friendly. I love going to this store whenever I'm in town.

Great deals and friendly staff. I wish they would tell you up front coupons don't work together; now I know! Also, hard to return things when they do a coupon transaction, it takes a random amount off of all the items bought instead of just off the total price, so I don't think I was fully refunded, didn't have time to go back a 3rd time to settle it though.

The lady went out of her way to help me. She went above and way beyond. But its always in total disarray. Cant find anything. Tons of pallets in aisles. Product scattered all around store. This place needs new management. Terrible store.

Since they did remodel and changed management the quality and cleanliness of store has gone downhill. There is consistently stock carts full of merchandise in the middle of aisles and it is hard to get around them with the carts. Very unhappy with this store.

This store is constantly a mess. If you are elderly or handicap this is not the store for you to get around safely. Soooo much stuff in the aisles you can barely maneuver. Totally under staffed. Employees smoke right at the entrance to the store so that's disgusting and annoying.

The best prices you can get in town. I usually come here for kick starts and they are $1 cheaper than Casey's or Jeff's. Also the 12 pack of cosmic brownies are 50 cents less than what the package reccomends for sale price. 4 stars though, because they are sometimes out of stock on the items I am looking for.

It's a small town Dollar General, one of the few stores we have in Wilton. To be fair, this small store is amazing, it doesn't try to be anything it isn't. It's a good store when you quickly need something and don't want to drive to Muscatine and back. I give it five stars for convenience and nostalgia.

The staff was really nice and nice to see people working. This location puts the West Liberty to shame! Some items are cheaper than Dollar Tree!

Quick service. 70% discount on summer clothing. However, I feel the sign was misleading as there was an additional bit of information in very small hand-written words at the bottom of the sign that stated "on yellow-dot items only." This comment was half buried by the clothes stacked around it. Had a similar experience at the Muscatine store the day before. Another customer alerted me to this practice. Luckily, all of my items had a yellow dot at the Wilton store. Not so in Muscatine . Still, liked the store and the helpful staff.

I put my purchases on the counter.(The register with the light On!!)I Was told I will help you over. So I had to move all my purchases to the other register. Then people came up to the counter after me and they where checked out at register 1. They all had less items then me. I won't be back.

ALWAYS HAVE BIG CARTS WITH BOXES OF PRODUCT LINED DOWN EVERY AISLE! YOU CAN't GET BY THEM OR SEE WHATS ON THE SHELVES. SO MANY TIMES I CAN'T FIND WHAT I WANT BECAUSE IT'S STILL PACKED IN THE BIG CARTS!!IT'S NOT JUST THIS DG EITHER IT'S EVERYONE I GO INTO.I think this is obviously a corporate issue as there is not enough workers to put stuff away and wait on customers. It would be my guess that it has a lot to do with the number of employees that come and go. Can't blame the employees for corporate not allowing enough payroll for the help that's needed! When this store opened it wasn't like this. There was enough employees on truck day to get it put away THAT DAY! I know because I helped put the inside of this store together when it was built and worked there for over a year.....

Very snooty tone of voice. Drove 20 miles first visit different tdollar store.would not go back. Differently would not want to work for brenda.not a good way to start a day.i dont being treated that way. Had in to spend over a 1oo.oo dollars.glad I left and went somewhere else.

I loved the apple cider donuts,they had a lot of ripe apples and ther was a tractor that took you from the store to orchard area. If I was to complain about something the store was a bit crowded.

Must have received a truck,very hard to shop .it's obvious that store has great business..there's not enough room in the back to hold,does it all have to be in the way..can not see more than half of the store, because of stacks of new products coming in..return trip was needed or went somewhere else...😟

They REALLY need a storeroom! There is so much product in EVERY aisle you can't shop or even get by another person. It's clutter everywhere.....unacceptable.

This is a large store and has a little bit of everything. I was surprised at the Variety offered. However, that said prices are not $1.

This place is a nightmare! The whole time I was in there this lady Danny could be heard screaming about how its bs she was in trouble le for only being 10 minutes late all the time and then took 20 minutes to fill 9 balloons!!!

This is my favorite 'Dollar General' store however at this particular store there is always boxes in the isles and I either can't get to an item or its not unpacked. EVERYTIME ...boo

Wilton ia store is a mess carts. With stock all over it needs to close down
