It is a nice outlet strip mall. It did have several empty stores, but it had a really nice collection of namebrand outlet stores. More than we nor.ally have hete in Indiana. If they could fill other stores it would be a 5 star

Stopped for a quick visit however ended up visiting more than we expected. The pink card offer of 25% discount helped us this time as we were planning for a event. Based on my personal Tanger outlets visits this one seemed to have little more offer than other similar outlets(maybe were just lucky). Some employees might not apply the offer unless you specifically pay attention to the final check out amount. It happened to us in one instances and when we pointed out final checkout amount dropped considerably.

Its a really good place for shopping. There are many stores with lot of options. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. The parking lot was like 70% full so it was bustling with people.

Offers many stores in one location. Mostly national name-brand outlet stores with lots of selection. A nice time-saver for those who live nearby and don't want to drive to Cedar Rapids or Iowa City. Pricing and wide selection make this a competitive option for nearby malls.

Seems like several of the stores have closed. Still plenty of stores there you just want to verify the ones you wish to visit are still open

For a outlet place I expected great prices, Under Armour and wrangler where the only places I felt I scored. Some deals but most stores where same price as original store. Not impressed for outlet mall not sure I'll be back.

I go there about once a year to do some shopping, but I haven't been there since the pandemic started. I was surprised how quiet it was; probably 35 cars in the entire parking lot at noon on a Friday? Not as busy as I recall; no matter, makes the stores easier to shop in! Okay place to shop, but nothing special.

Stop and shop here every October when I'm in Iowa for the Madison County covered bridge festival. The Columbia outlet is awesome! Also enjoy the Eddie Bauer, Under Armour and Bath and Body Works stores. Think it's wonderful that they have a dedicated pet play area. Easy access on and off Interstate 80 20 miles west of Coralville/Iowa City.

this is my 2nd time visit, no surprise. Even Marshall or TJ Maxx can find the similar price about clothing, only Coach outlet is attractive but I am not a woman.

The stores in this mall have changed pretty dramatically in recent years. I like some of the locally owned boutiques that have popped up but overall they have lost stores and there are a lot of empty storefronts. The prices at the chain stores aren’t much different than they are in other malls. The location is kind of the middle of nowhere unless you live in one of the rural communities or need something specific from the shops there.

My friend took me to a nail salon located in this outlet mall. The owner did both of are nail. Full set. I could not be happier! ❤❤❤❤❤ She had a great personality and great experience! They also do pedicures too! YOUR BEST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST❤. They do get very busy. One of the main workers is a diabetic and sadly will skip her lunch and checking her sugars around lunchtime for those who walk in. 😔 Don't assume your not going to be waited on just because someone HAS to take there lunch that there lazy. Because she's the best one there! So yes please call ahead. If they have time they will absolutely fit you in. They also do pedicures in a messaging seat and the water is nice a hot! My first time there was awesome! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! LOVE THIS PLACE 😍😍❤❤❤

I love outlet malls. They have a variety of stores with great prices. I can enjoy a shopping experience without the feeling of a big crowd which is really nice. It is currently my favorite shopping destination in Iowa.

Honestly, if I could rate this place a zero I would. I do not recommend going here a total waste of time if your traveling a long distance. I would've just traveled the extra hour to go to the Aurora outlet if I knew how deserted it was. Thanks but no thanks .

Shopped the Nike Clearance Store and Columbia outlet. Found some amazing mark downs on clothing, shoes and branded bags. Reasonably priced compared to major retailers.

Clean, easy to get to. Lacks food choices, stupid layout from day 1 with everything too far apart, impossible to change now. New owners trying, but keep losing stores**** Don't expect to use the women's restroom while you're here, they are ALL under maintenance. But good news if you're a male, yours are open**** There are so few stores open. It's not worth the time to stop, especially if there are no available restrooms!!!
