Had them trim my dogs nails. I was worried because he was too difficult to manage doing them at home. They did a great job. We will definitely be back. The facilities were clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable about products and recommended things without pressure.

I had a really good experience at Fetch today. The owner is very personable, knowledgeable, and very willing to listen and problem solve.They have really good brands of dog food there, my personal favorite is the Primal Raw food brand. I was a surprised by the variety of products, treats, leashes, and grooming things they have there.They take the time to get to know you and your puppies.This is by far the most superior dog boutique food store in eastern Iowa that I have found.

Fetch is amazing! The Owner is so knowledgeable and the products here are top quality at reasonable pricing. Our puppy wasn’t gaining weight and was small for her age; we went to fetch and was given food recommendations. We switched her foods and she gained weight and started hitting her bench marks! Our puppy loves going to Fetch and loves the staff, she gets all wiggly and happy to see them. Fetch is the only place we shop for her treats, food, bones, etc. Go visit you won’t be disappointed!!

I took my foster dog, Diesel, in to Fetch to get him a harness. The owner, Timothy, was incredible, explaining harness options and features to me and fitting the harness to my boy. Additionally Timothy worked with my picky pup to find treats that Diesel liked and provided me with a lot of information. My dog and I had a wonderful experience at Fetch, and I think Diesel has decided he wants to be a pet shop greeter when he grows up.

Just picked up our puppy from her first grooming appointment here and they were phenomenal! Like a whole new dog. And the staff was so nice and fun to talk to while we were dropping off and picking up!

First time to use a self service dog wash!! This place was awesome!! So clean!!Everyone was super nice! They had rubber aprons, shampoo, conditioner, towels, wash cloths, blow dryer!! I so recommend this place! Thanks so much! For those of us who work over the road, this place is priceless!

We moved to the Iowa City area from Denver and Fetch has the ONLY self wash station comparable in quality to what we had in Colorado. It’s perfect for the labor intensive job of washing and drying our poodle!

My girls love Fetch. He carries the food and treats that my girl who is allergic to a lot of foods can eat. We drove an hr to shop there and it is so worth it

This is a beautiful pet store. The people are friendly, helpful and informative. They take time with you and any questions you have AND they have an awesome pet washing station!!! Who knew??
