The staff here is lazy and always want to make rude comments about coupon shoppers. I don't understand how they so mad about how people save their money!!!I'll never shop and spend another penny here until corporate clean this place up. The store is cluttered very dusty to be newly remodeled.

I always receive Extraordinary Customer Service whenever I visit this DG location. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Due to the hard work of the Williamsburg DG wonderful team members, especially Mgr. Misty Galyon, Asst. Mgr. Rusti Hawkins, and Associates Ms. Helen, Ms. Marie, Julia and Lila I will drive out of my way to shop at this store.

I just left the store and it is an absolute disaster. In fact, the aisles are in such a disarray that it could be deemed unsafe. I should have taken pictures:(

Clean and well organized store. First doller general I've been to that had a 'self check out' option. Very convenient. The young man who was working was very friendly, polite and personable. He was happy and outgoing, he was one of those people that made you feel just a little bit better after encountering them.

Best store ever! Clean and well organized. Staff is always friendly. (Update) the good manager was promoted. Store is always in shambles anymore. Lots of out of stock products and employee turnover rate means no one knows what they are doing. Such a shame.

Store was fairly clean. Not greeted, didn't ask if I needed help finding anything. Stood waiting to check out while an employee 5 ft from the counter was chatting it up with a vendor and playing on a phone and when she finally did turn around she hollered for the other gal that was actually working stocking shelves for her to come up. The gal that came up wasn't exactly pleasant and even though I only had two items never even offered me a bag. Not the best customer experience!

Not worth the savings. Worst dollar store in Iowa County hands down, and that is saying something. Nothing rings up what it is priced EVER, and they don't have anything on the shelves. They have it in the building, but the staff is so lazy nothing gets done. Corporate has enabled this knowing that people will still go there. I'm done. Never again.

I really like this dollar general they are very helpful. Nancy is always available to help probably the friendliest in the store. I asked to her help me with a phone today and she took the time from what she was doing and scanned each one to see what the exact price was on each one. Thanks Nancy for always being helpful.

The Dollar General employees are consistently rude, super sassy and very incompetent. It takes forever to check out. There is only ever one clerk at the register while the rest of the employees are posted up on the corner outside smoking or down an isle pretending they don't see the mile long line. Its ridiculous and don't think your going to return anything there either. Save your nerves and go elsewhere if you can.

I need to commend the staff at the Williamsburg DOLLAR GENERAL location. They are always very helpful and friendly whenever I visit this location. Kudos to Manager: Misty Galyon, Asst. Manager: Rusty Hawkins, Ms. Marie, Helen and the rest of the staff. Thank you for making every shopping experience a great one.

It's about as good as a dollar general gets. I like post holiday clearance specials and grabbing quick cheap snacks from here. The health section was also way better then the local grocery store.

Store was clean, cashier over heard a conversation I was having about an accident I'd just had in my semi, and she said she'd keep me in her prayers. Very sweet lady.

Bad service messy aisle . There were one to two large pallets in every aisle. Hard to shop and find anything. Pallets blocked and made shopping impossible.

Usually only one or two people staffed during the day and one at night so be prepared to wait awhile to check out. And usually there is no one there to help you find anything.
